Lakeside Paradiseは、家族や友人を一週間楽しませてくれます！ 半エーカーのウォーターフロントのサンクチュアリには、プライベートビーチまで続く大きな芝生があり、35フィートのドックがあり、固定された8フィートX10フィートの泳ぎraに飛び込みます。 2つのカヤック、スタンドアップパドルボード、マンボウヨット、および手rowぎボートにより、乗組員全員が水に浸かることができます。 または、ハンモックでリラックスしたり、100フィート先のアクションを眺めながらパティオでリラックスしたりできます。 屋外シャワーで一日の終わりをきれいにします。 各ベッドルームには専用のバスルームがあります。 マスターキング、2番目はクイーン、3番目はフル2段ベッドの上に2つの独立したツインがあります。 デンには引き出し式のソファとクローゼットがあり、フルバスの隣にあるため、4番目のBRとして使用できます。 暖炉のあるダイニングルームは、リビングルームと日当たりの良いキッチンに流れており、誰もがくつろげるスペースを提供しています。 広々とした未完成の地下室には、別の場所に逃げるためのデイベッドと椅子があります。 地下のきれいなガレージには、グループの競争力のある束のためのStigaチャンピオンシップ品質の卓球台が含まれています！ レイルトレイルまで自転車と徒歩で5分、テニスコートまで5分、クランベリーバレーまたはハーウィッチポートゴルフまで5分、レッドリバービーチまで6分です。 湖にはサメやクラゲはいません!!

Awesome stat

We had an incredible time staying at coolwhip in Harwhich. It was centrally located to all of the activities we had planned and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Even though we didnt get to use all of the amenities due to the weather, we enjoyed everything the house had to offer, especially the beautiful view of the pond. The homeowner was also very responsive with communications. We would gladly stay there again!

Incredible

We could not have had a more comfortable stay. Everything we could have needed/wanted was at the house, we loved the setup of the rooms and open living room/kitchen. We hosted dinner twice over Thanksgiving and the house was more than stocked well, which really made my life easy. It was our first roadtrip with my 3 month old and the beds gave all of us much needed sleep. Really appreciated the Truro wine - amazing touch! Would love to stay here again. Thank you!!!

The Perfect Getaway

The Cool Whip is the perfect getaway home. It’s centrally located and easy to travel up or down the Cape without being stuck in a vehicle too long. Shopping and restaurants are near by if you need anything. The beach and access to Bucks Pond for boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, etc. is perfect. Home is very charming. Unique layout, and provides for a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Jerry is very communicative and attentive to questions or concerns. You won’t regret renting this home for your Cape vacation. It may actually be one of your best experiences. You really can’t ask for much more. Thanks for everything, Jerry! We’ll be back!

Great quiet spot

We went for a girls weekend & fit 5 of us comfortably. It was so nice having 3 bathrooms and the way the house is set up, the living room and kitchen are on the other side of the house from the master & another bedroom so if some of us got loud, those who went to bed early couldn't hear us. We were excited to use the paddleboards & solo stove, but it rained while we were there. It would have been so nice to sit outside with a drink as they have string lights, but it rained almost every weekend this summer. We all said this would be a great place to enjoy over the summer with our kids as it was private and had everything we needed. There was enough parking for all of us, 2 right in front of the house, we did not use the driveway as it scraped the bottom of the car backing out. Its on a dead end so some of us parked there, next to the backyard & we brought our things in through the sliding doors. They left us a gift which was very thoughtful. Jerry communicated a lot with me before & after we returned to make sure we had everything we need. We also were able to get into the house a little early which was nice. Jerry is very flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful House and Location

My family and I had an amazing time at Cool Whip! The location and house were beautiful. The pond is an amazing feature, and the sailboat was the icing on the cake! The house is located central to most Cape Cod activities. I would recommend anybody who needs to stay in Cape Cod to check this place up. I caught three largemouth bass near the dock. I used a crank bait near the surface at dusk.

Great fun on the pond

The house was great. Location was perfect for enjoying the Cape Cod pond. Plenty of boats and life-vests for adults and kids. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked so it was no problem cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful family getaway

We spent a wonderful week with extended family. The house is spacious, with lots of room for everyone to find quiet and privacy, and the gathering spaces inside and outside have lots of room for a crowd. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill was new and easy to use. The pond is beautiful and we spent time there every day, playing on the beach and dock, swimming and kayaking. Proximity to the rail trail, Bay and coastal beaches and Brewster and Chatham made for so many adventures. The owner readily responded to a few concerns about cleanliness and recommendations for cleaners to attend to in the future. I would also suggest investing in a dehumidifier and running the a/c through the more humid months to combat mildew that is inevitable in a Cape home. We hope to return for many more summers!

Beautiful property inside and out

First time renting this house for our mom’s weekend away. We will definitely be back with our families for vacations in the future. House is a beautiful and property is amazing. Hope to be able to make it back sooner than later.

Very Nice Stay. Surprised by initial condition

Four adult college friends spent a delightful 3 nights and explored Cape Cod. On arrival, this very nice home had some unexpected sand in one bathtub, furry dust buildup on ceiling fans, a leaking refrigerator and sand/pet hair on one bedspread. When told, the owner quickly called the cleaning service who'd misunderstood the date to clean the place and informed us that he was waiting for a new refrigerator (and that we should use towels to catch the dripping water from the fridge.) When we returned that afternoon, the place was cleaned. We were very pleased with the owners rapid response. Despite bearing the dings of long loved homes, this house provides plentiful indoor space, great lakefront views, beach/lake play opportunities and deck seating/eating space. We recommend this spot for famlies looking for a well located Cape vacation.

A true gem!

Had a great stay in Harwich. Loved renting in mid June before the summer crowds. Property was so much fun with many activities including swimming, kayaking and fire pit with s’mores at night! Property owner Jerry was very accommodating and responsive. Hope to return next summer!

Fabulous getaway property

The house and location was amazing - perfect multi-family set up and the private beach/dock was fantastic! We had such a great time at the house, kayaking on the lake, enjoying the backyard and fire pit. Jerry was super responsive and answered all questions promptly. @Jerry - thx also for the welcome bottle of wine. It was a nice local treat with our lobster dinner. 😁

Great long weekend!

Very special waterfront spot for families

This property had everything we needed and then some: comfortable beds, spaciousness, modern kitchen, big TV screen for movies, fire pit and huge yard with our own beach and all kinds of boats! It was truly our home away from home for a special family reunion. Before renting, I asked if the host would consider putting in bathroom grab bars for my older parents and he didn't hesitate to install them for us. Really special house and hosts!

Beautiful private spot

We had a wonderful getaway here. The kids loved everything about this house and so did we. It was warm enough to enjoy the boats and roast s’mores. The house felt so private and peaceful. Wonderful!

Beautiful spot !

Very comfortable home with plenty of space for all. We were only 3 but could easily have had extended family and all been comfortable. True to the listing there are lots of private little areas to enjoy as well as a nice open space for cooking, lounging and dining. The host has many thoughtful and helpful touches throughout to make your stay enjoyable. The outdoor space is peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to return in the summer months to take advantage of being waterfront with all the toys needed for summer fun !
