Welcome to EdgeEscape — a brand-new home in Tusculum, just minutes from Greeneville, TN. This beautiful 3BR/2BA retreat is fully furnished and located only 0.3 miles from Tusculum University. Featuring an open layout, ALL king beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs with Art Mode in every room, it’s ideal for college visits, wedding guests, or a relaxing getaway. You’ll also find high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a cozy patio with a fire pit, and a 2-car garage perfect for motorcycle travelers. The EdgeEscape comfortably sleeps six guests. A Pack ‘n Play is available for little ones and can be found in the walk-in closet of the master bathroom. Each bedroom includes two extra pillows and a king-size duvet cover for added comfort. All rooms are equipped with the latest Hisense Canvas Smart TVs, offering access to popular streaming platforms and the option to display beautiful artwork when not in use. The living room TV also includes a cable package for traditional viewing. Step out back to unwind by the fire pit, just off the patio—a great place to end the evening.

We had a great experience! The hosts thought of everything!! We were staying for the weekend for our son’s wedding close by and it was fantastic to be able to visit with family and enjoy it! Beautiful property and outstanding host who are both honestly worthy of 10 stars! Being extremely flexible and accommodating, the host (Noemi) was always professional and very quick in communication. We originally booked the house for our yearly Christmas trip back home in December; however, due to illness, we had to reschedule to the beginning of the year. No questions asked, Noemi helped us find alternate dates, allowing us to enjoy time with family in TN (which is always a blessing, being military). We have since added the property to our list for all future trips back home and can't wait to enjoy the peace, quiet, and slower pace that both the property and Greeneville offer! - The Fann5
