Beaver Lake is just a short drive to Prairie Creek Marina where you can rent a boat, rent a slip, or just enjoy the public swim areas. If you're looking to spend time in town the busy and historic Downtown Rogers is only 12 miles away!
After a long day on the water, take in the breathtaking views from the huge patio, where you'll find an outdoor grill and seating!
When you step into our home you immediately see the floor to ceiling windows displaying the lake views! This living space offers cozy seating, a large Smart TV, and a telescope! The dining area has a table for 6 in a bay of windows and includes a bar with cocktail tools and another TV. Upstairs, you'll find our kid's room with module chairs, a Smart TV, and board games. To keep the fun rolling, there is also a dart board in the third bedroom!
When it's time to go to sleep choose between:
(1) On the main level there is a primary suite with an adjustable King bed and pull-out Twin bed, Smart TV, patio access, and large and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower.
(2) Up one flight of stairs is bedroom 2 with a King bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Up the other flight of stairs is bedroom 3 with a Queen/Queen bunk bed, Smart TV, closet, and dart board!
(4) There is also an additional Twin-size pull-out bed located on the balcony space upstairs!
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located on a street with nearby neighboring houses. Beaver Lake is visible from the property but there is no direct access as the walk is too steep. Closest water access is Prairie Creek Bridge - just over a mile away!
Getting Around:
A quick drive to access all the amenities of Prairie Creek Marina and Beaver Lake. Just a short drive to Downtown Rogers.
Other Things to Note:
★ The lake is visible from the patio and located nearby, but direct access is not available.
★ There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, but it is not available for guest use.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
