The Space:

Settle into a quiet, private retreat designed for relaxation. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sleeps 4 comfortably and offers a calm, coastal vibe with thoughtful comforts throughout.

The main living area is bright and welcoming, with space to gather, unwind, and enjoy easy flow to the kitchen and dining area. A queen-sized Murphy bed with large OLED Smart TV and sound system in the living room adds flexible sleeping options and with the adjacent half bath, is perfect for movie night. The full kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and serveware so you can cook in when you’d like. Step outside to breathe the sea air and soak in the private hot tub just off the downstairs suite. Books, games and puzzles are also available.



Two wood-burning fireplaces (including one in the king suite) set the tone for cozy evenings. Additional conveniences include fiber-optic internet, a washer/dryer, self-check-in, driveway parking for up to two cars, and a Tesla charger.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1 (Downstairs King Suite): King bed, wood-burning fireplace, direct access to the outdoor hot tub. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Queen Suite): Queen Tempur-Pedic Adjustable Tempur-Breeze bed. Ensuite bathroom with sunken soaking tub and walk-in shower. Pocket door for added privacy.

• Living Room: Queen-sized Murphy bed hidden in built-in cabinetry. Adjacent half bathroom.

Bathrooms

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to downstairs king suite; walk-in shower.

• Bathroom 2: Ensuite to upstairs queen suite; sunken soaking tub and walk-in shower.

• Half Bath: Off the main living area; convenient for guests using the Murphy bed.



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This home has stairs (please see photos).

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.

• Wi-Fi & Cell Service: Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s remote location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability (including cell service) can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: No pets are allowed at this home.

• Exterior Security Camera: One exterior camera is mounted above the front door and views the driveway area. No cameras inside.

• Sea Ranch Recreation Centers: Passes are included with your rental for access to the community’s heated pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Facilities are a short drive away; availability and hours may vary.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
