We spent time here to visit our college student. Beautiful kitchen with ample prep space for meals. Comfy den with plenty of seating. Cozy beds and linens. Loved the proximity to everything in Dubuque. Property owner was quick to answer questions. Such a nice home-away-from-home! Will try to book again.

Remodel was great! In town on business, home was a walk away from downtown. Only marked 4/5 for family because there is no yard even though no children were present. Will consider again.

Modern updates and very comfortable.

This fine old townhouse has been well updated. It is spacious and very conveniently located. Modern and comfortable enough to feel like home, old townhouse enough to feel like you are really experiencing Dubuque - this is a great place from which to explore the city.

Very nice property

We stayed in Dubuque for a weekend away. The property is in a great location, the house is well maintained, and the neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone looking to be in the Dubuque downtown.

Great location- charming and walkable

This property is a well-tended and appointed historic home. We were able to easily and safely walk all around downtown Dubuque from here and had a great time.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Property manager/owner was responsive and easy to deal with. This place is a great location if you want to be in walking distance for the south end of Main Street in downtown Dubuque!

Weekend Getaway

Everything worked out well and was as expected. The home is charming and has a vintage feel with a lot of character. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. There was a musty smell when we arrived but it was probably because it was 98deg outside with 1000% humidity. It was in the ideal location for our event. Easily accessible. We always got parking right outside the home. Walkable distance or a very short drive to restaurants/bars, casino, and venue. If ever in Dubuque, check out this rental.
