Great Stay for Concert

This was the perfect spot to stay for going to a concert downtown. Everything was clean and well taken care of. All downtown shops and restaurants were easily walkable from the house. Would stay again next time we’re in the area!

great location and they let us drop our clubs off early. Location was perfect. We got back from outing, showered, walked to restaurants, bars, and casino.Had a great time

Beautiful home

We walked in and it immediately impressed us! So much space, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. Great communication and comfortable beds and pillows. We will be back!

Great Location

The house is in the perfect location for walking to lots of Dubuque landmarks! We had plenty of room for the two of us and our guests who came to visit. There’s no stove, but the microwave and coffee maker were what we used most often anyway. Great place to stay!

Lovely Home

The home was clean, spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. It was modern yet had a classy look to it. My only suggestion would be to have kleenix available and some fuzzy throws in the living rooms. We had a wonderful stay!

Short Dubuque Trip

Had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The communication was impeccable and crazy fast. I had a group of 6 of us coming to Dubuque for the Irish Hooley and this was such a perfect location to walk to the festival ground, and to so many fun bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the farmers market. The unit was very clean and spacious, which we all really appreciated.

Worked great for our family!

This house was exactly what we expected based on the photos and description. We have young children who enjoyed the third-floor bedroom. We were a little concerned about the bar next door, but it was not noisy or disruptive at all. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were able to walk to nice little restaurants and it was very centrally located for activities. Would stay here again if we ever needed to return to Dubuque.

Suggestions to consider

House was very nice & location was perfect! A couple of suggestions- 1) a full size refrigerator; 2) a closer, designated parking spot (wintertime); 3) the bedroom with sitting area - needs darker shades or curtains - street lights were too bright - way too much light coming in

Cute place, would stay again

Clean and cute property. It was nice to have 1 reserved parking spot. We decided at the last minute not to bring our dogs. The host was willing to work with us for a refund on the pet fee, but we are still working to resolve the issue as the customer service was having technical issues and host was unable to figure out how to fix on their end. We enjoyed our stay. It was hot in the upper rooms compared to the lower level, but host did provide many fans. Would stay again.

Great Stay! Recommend!

Property looks JUST like the photos! House was clean, lots of places for a big family or multifamily to stay! If your doing Anything Downtown this would be the place to rent! Negative is parking and noise from Bar on the weekend. But owner provides Sound machines!!! Toiletries were there incase you forget. DEFINITELY will stay here if its Available next year!

Very nice place 👍

We’d thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Checking in was a breeze. Bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so be sure stairs aren’t an issue for you. Also make a shower plan. With one bathroom, it was a challenge for the 7 of us to get out on time 😁 There isn’t a stove, but they have a full size fridge now👍 If you’re a really light sleeper, you might have an issue with the weekend crowd at the bar across the parking lot. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay with our 5 adults and two young kids.
