Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout of the condo and the decor was nice. But it was definitely not very clean. There were areas not vacuumed and not wiped down. There were also areas such as the pocket door in the primary bathroom that looked awful - paint scraped off entire door. The chair in family room is broken, fridge is very dated. A thorough cleaning and a quick touch up paint job would do wonders for this condo!

Only thing is kitchen seemed a little slim on items we were used to cooking with. The elevator was a little difficult at times. We love SeaChase and would love to stay here again next year!

Water in primary bathroom takes a long time to warm up. The kitchen amenities were great - lots of cook ware and coffee appliances. There is also lots of pantry storage. It was nice to have 3 beach chairs in laundry closet. Excellent views from the balcony!

My experience includes the night hurricane Sally came in right on top of us. Seachase did a great job assisting us in every way they could. They have always provide us with a comfortable place to have our meetings and we have enjoyed all of the accommodations. For this reason we continue to chose them each year.

Great Location But Not a Clean Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bedroom with a small window toward the Gulf was dirty. We kept finding hair everywhere and had to constantly clean the bedroom and bathroom. Went to get a towel and it had a wad of long brown hair in the towel. The outlet in another bathroom would pop out the reset button every time the exhaust fan was turned on. The bedroom at the front with the bathroom was not clean. The headboard was caked in dust and the pictures hanging in the bathroom had a buildup of dust on the frames. The shower in that bathroom was impossible to use because the water felt like nails pummeling your body. There was no way to adjust the pressure. The light in the walk in closet would flicker and go on and off. The window in a front bedroom had paint chips constantly flaking off in chunks when the blind was raised or lowered. The toilet in the back bedroom kept randomly flushing and running, waking us up frequently each night. We just kept finding inconveniences and dirtiness that required me to do too much cleaning of previous tenants hair and dirt on what was to be a relaxing vacation trip to the beach.

ARANOV does a great job as the on site management company.

If you plan to rent a condo unit at SeaChase, I recommend you choose a unit the "on site"management company, Aronov, maintains. Their personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Other management companies also have rental units, but they do NOT have personnel present on site. If a problem develops, you will have to try to get help via a phone call. NOTE: The Aronov staff on site are not permitted to help you if you did not rent through Aronov because the owner of the unit you rented has no contract with Aronov. The repairs of the buildings after Hurricane Sally in 2020 are ongoing. The workmen were courteous. The pools, decks and landscape are restored and attractive.

Great location!

I locked down this unit in early May and was told that it would be ready upon our arrival in late July…it was for the most part but they made some changes to the condo that didn’t fit our accommodations. It’s a beautiful condo, a great location and they have very friendly staff. Hopefully they’ll update all the pics soon!!

A Few Things

As far as location goes, it was great. We normally stay in this area so we are familiar with everything. The condo was nice but a few things would need to be resolved for me to ever stay with this company again. First, we got no information when we checked in. They gave us keys and a parking permit and that was it. After we got in and got settled after traveling we wanted to watch tv and chill. All the TVs were new Roku TVs (very nice) BUT no WiFi! So I called the office number. They were closed. Security guard is the only person there and he knew nothing about the TVs or anything about the WiFi. He told us it would be the next morning. So here we are with 3 boys, 2 adults, no WiFi and it’s raining outside. The next morning I called the office and they acted like they knew nothing about why we didn’t have WiFi (if you read the most recent review on here then you can tell there was an issue then, so it should have been resolved when all the rooms beside and above us had internet). They told me that it would be a couple of days before they could get someone to look into it. 3 days later a technician came to the room and guess what, the condo has no router so it wasn’t even equipped properly for internet. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room but I did have some work to do and my son had school work to do and we couldn’t do it so it was very inconvenient when we were there for 8 days. Second, the access to the beach is very inconvenient. You have to have a card to get back and forth to and from the beach to the condo and pool. Well when you have 6 people in your party and only 3 cards it makes it more difficult than it should be and it broke the last full day we were there so there’s that. Third, the pool was closed 2 days in a row and a fence put up so you couldn’t easily walk to the other pools from the condo. A couple of other things, there aren’t double beds in one of the bedrooms like it described in the description when we booked which was not ideal for my kid’s. The a/c vent cover is also missing in the back bedroom. We had a great time but I feel like these things should be fixed or looked in to for the next people staying here.

Beautiful condo

When we arrived we were surprised to see the condo completely renovated. It is so beautiful!! My family and I have not one complaint other than we had no wifi and in my opinion the railing on the balcony is widely spaced so I wouldn’t even let my boys, 5 & 2, go on the balcony. We will stay again!
