Gulf Front Gem!!! Great Views and fun times!

Panoramic views of the Gulf waters from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony make this 1,400 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the eighth floor a wonderful getaway, comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs. The sunrises are stunning from this unit. For your enjoyment the balcony has a chaise lounge in addition to seating for four around the table. This balcony is the perfect place to sit in the shade while enjoying the ocean breezes, pelicans and beach life.
Inside you will find a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. Included are both a Keurig and a conventional coffeemaker, waffle iron, Instant Pot and new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. In the laundry area you will find a full sized high capacity washer and dryer set. The living room is furnished with two swivel rocker recliners, a queen size sleeper sofa, and an Lg 65" 4K smart TV There is also a KING SIZED BED IN EACH BEDROOM. (Master bedroom mattress brand new as of Spring 2019.) Large, 50-inch smart TVs are located in each bedroom. The guest bath has a curved shower rod for improved comfort in the shower.
Other features include a stand alone ice maker to fill ice coolers, wet bar, bar stools, ceiling fans, brand new central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Clean place right next to the beach! Gorgeous view from the balcony and walk to the beach in 2 minutes.Everything we needed was provided (except food of course).Second time staying in this unit and it was great!

The unit was as described and clean. Loved the two recliners and the ocean view was amazing! Kitchen amenities included an air fryer which was nice to have. There was some construction going on but we were notified well in advance about it and it didn’t cause any issues. If I had to offer a suggestion it would be to replace the master bedroom mattress.

Stayed for 4.5 days. Great location, convenient to many things. There is a crosswalk just up the road which was very helpful and made walking to places much easier. Unit was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. Only minor issue we had was getting the living room tv to work consistently, though it may have been the satellite. Security staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out were super easy. Communication with Aronov was great!

Amazing location and condo!

We stayed a this gem with my wife, 1 yr old and our friend and her 6 yr old. The proximity to the beach and area was perfect. The condo was just as the pictures listed it and everything was in clean working condition. We stayed in unit 802E and it was magnificent view from the living, the master bedroom and the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Very comfortable beds, furnishings and adequately stocked with necessities. Clean, bright and good decor. We probably will not choose this property again because the windows are very hazy which detracted from the beach view that we were hoping for. Also, big clunky unfinished shutters covering the view from the master bedroom. (These could not even be opened.) What’s the point of getting a property with a beach view if you can’t see the beach? The toilet in the master bedroom had clearly been broken and then rigged instead of repaired. The rigging broke immediately as we arrived, but we did not want to deal with a maintenance call since we were only there for two days. I probably will not do a public review because hopefully these things can be addressed and the owners will be able to overcome these issues going forward.

Fantastic beach. Convenient location. Only negative was a noisy icemaker, which wasn't a big deal. Perfect weather in the middle of winter helped make this visit about as good it gets. We'll definitely be back.
