Welcome to your South Portland escape! This beautifully built 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home blends modern design with relaxed coastal charm- perfectly located on Cottage Road, just minutes from Willard Beach, local cafes, bakeries, and Portland`s Old Port.
Step inside to a sun-drenched, large living space with high ceilings, central AC, and premium finishes throughout. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a spacious island for meals or morning coffee.
Unwind in the cozy living area or retreat to one of two serene bedrooms: A primary suite with a plush queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, or the guest bedroom with a queen bed and nearby full bathroom.
Enjoy a private backyard, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV`s, and on-site parking- all just steps from Scratch Baking Co, Willard Scoops, David`s 388, and other neighborhood favorites. Whether you`re here for a quiet getaway, professional event, or a base to explore Portland`s food scene, this home offers the best of both worlds: peaceful comfort with easy access to it all.

5. Quiets hours: between 10:00pm-7:00am
6. Parking rules:
a. Up to two cars in the driveway directly in front of the home
b. Guest or visitor vehicles can be parked next to the barn
7. Damage: please report any damage or malfunction to the property manager
8. Guests: No long term guests for extended days, defined as 14 days in a six-month period or 7 nights consecutively.
9. Trash & Recycling: picked up weekly on Tuesday morning. Tenants) must roll bins to the street and place to the right of the main driveway on the sidewalk curb.

b. Green bin: Trash
10. Storage room: This area is kept locked & is off limits to tenants).
11. Property:
a. Tenants) will adhere to the property lines as outlined by the property manager.
b. Please note that there is a shallow pond on the adjoining property. Tenants are responsible for supervising visiting children and ensuring they stay away from the pond. The owner assumes no liability for any accidents or injuries related to the pond.
