Our stay at Christina’s treehouse in Hawaii was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. Christina went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Unique amazing stay!

This lives up to all the pics and description! We had a hard time leaving to venture out for the day, as we just wanted to enjoy the “treehouse”! Highly recommend booking this adorable place and plan to chill for a couple days and just enjoy! Mahalo Christina!

Beautiful eclectic property

Christine is very communicative and this is a one of a kind property! The cats ate the best and the thoughtfulness of the design is top notch. We loved all of the ideas about where to go and what to do as well. We had to work a little to figure out how to cool down the rooms quickly but that was more us than the property :). You really felt like you got away from it all!

Family Treehouse Stay

We loved staying in this house. This property is so charming and really feels like you are in Hawaii. Very well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location for my family to explore Hilo, go zip lining, and visit Volcanoes National Park and the black sand beach.

Awesome Treehouse

Our family enjoyed our stay in the "treehouse"! A unique place, very quiet neighborhood close to the ocean. Host is very responsive and helpful, we had a minor plumbing issue and they were on top of it right away. The kids enjoyed playing with the cats. The one downside is there's not much as far as restaurants/stores super close if that's what you're looking for, but overall we loved it.

Lush tropical haven

The house is spotless and spacious with a lovely lanai looking over the lush tropical garden full of birds. We loved the quirky decor and all of the thoughtful touches such as the Christmas lights and cocktail set. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and lots of towels.

We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental! The pictures don’t fully capture the experience—it felt like staying in a Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. The cats on the property were a huge hit with our kids, and the roaming chickens added to the authentic Hawaii vibe we’ve loved on other islands.The beds were comfy, everyone had their own space, the patio was great for meals and relaxing, and the outdoor shower was a fun touch. The host was excellent with communication and provided great local tips.Highlights from our time on the east side included the black sand beach, nearby waterfalls, stargazing at Mauna Kea (the most amazing night sky I’ve ever seen), Hilo Farmers Market, Volcanoes National Park, Shipman’s Beach (a host recommendation and our favorite!), and dinner at Pineapples in Hilo. Shipman’s was about a 2.5-mile hike each way—rocky and muddy on the trail but worth it for the peaceful setting, sea turtles, and gentle waves.Tips for future guests: G**gle Maps worked best for finding the property. It’s walking distance to scenic ocean cliffs, but you’ll drive to most activities. There are great food trucks and coffee stands nearby (about 20 minutes round-trip), and Hilo is roughly 30 to 40 minutes away - helpful for activity planning.Overall, this was our favorite stay in Hawaii—our kids even listed the house itself as a highlight of the trip!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect retreat for our Hawaiian getaway! The setting is perfect and quiet, as far as people go. The frogs lull you to sleep at night and the sound of the rain in the forest outside is so relaxing! We will definitely stay here again next time!

Beautiful paradise

We loved our stay! The lanai was perfect for sitting out and playing games at night. The grounds were beautiful! The walk to the beach cliffs was enjoyable. The location was good for visiting Volcanoes National Park and Hilo. Nala the kitty was an added bonus. Christina was very helpful with lots of suggestions of places to go and see.

Anniversary trip

Location was terrific- walked to ocean cliffs most days. Property is beautifully curated. Lanai is where we spent a lot of time. Small kitchen and steep stairs to the loft were semi-drawbacks but did not detract from the overall scores. My husband keeps asking me to re-book here again :)

This was an amazing experience at a property that was better than advertised. Exquisite building design, eclectic decor style, and impeccable attention to detail! Plus, the owner was fantastic, with comprehensive and timely communication and support. Beautiful home!!

The property is so beautiful! My family absolutely loved the house and yard. Easy 20 min drive from many activities, restaurants and grocery stores. Christina was very helpful with suggestions to see in the area and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again when we visit Hilo area. Mahalo!!

Rainforest paradise

All of our other nights in Hawaii were spent on oceanfront rooms. It was a nice to experience the tropical views of the island in our very own tree house. Love the sounds of the frogs at night and the birds in the morning.

We loved our 2-night stay at the tree house. The property is large. Bedrooms are comfortable. There is a great porch where you can sit and not get wet when the rain comes. We got in late, and it was really dark but had no issues.

Amazing Treehouse

My family and I stayed at Christina's treehouse for a week, and we loved it. The house was beautifully decorated and had great energy; the land was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the diverse plants and wildlife! Christina provided a lot of suggestions for activities to do around the island, and we enjoyed them. She was also very responsive to our messages. The location was great; near Paradise Cliffs and not far from Hilo. When we return, we will definitely stay here again!

Delightful Treehouse

We came to bike the Big Island and explore Puna after the 2018 lava flow. The treehouse is situated on an acre plot (or so it seemed) completely surrounded by lush green palm and tropical trees and birds. It’s was so spacious, private and clean. Amazing Nature stay

So beautiful and tranquil. Feels like your one with nature. Lime tree in back area. All natural shower in back. Cats were very cool, Nala would greet you on porch each morning. Paradise cliffs were amazing that you could walk to. Hilo was a short drive for everything you needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Tropical Paradise

The house, which my children called the Treehouse, was absolutely beautiful. We loved listening to all the birds and frogs in the jungle surrounding. The house was exquisitely decorated inside and out. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was immaculately clean. Host was great to work with and very responsive. We are dreaming of when we can return.

Enjoys Travel, Beaches, Wine, and Yoga.. This year I will learn how to surf in Hawaii. I love travel there are so many places I want to see and have seen. I am a Fashion Designer for over 20 years and I am lucky to have traveled to New York, Chicago, Miami, Mexico, India, London, China, Sailed the Grenadine islands, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos. So much more to explore in this short life we live.. We just got a 1 acre lot on the big island on the Hilo Side. We will be starting a bed and breakfast and eventually try to build a small resort. We are looking forward to meeting people from all over the world. Mahalo

Park and Hike to POHOIKI NEW BLACK SAND BEACH. 30 MINUTES TO VOLCANO NAT Park, Waterfalls, BLACK SAND BEACHES AND CAVES. WE ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED AND NOT OFF THE GRID. WIFI, TV, HOT WATER, AND ELECTRICITY ALL PROVIDED.

You get both Sun and Rain in HAWAIIAN PARADISE PARK. The only area on the Hilo side where you get lots of sun and little rain in the Summer. Winters are the best. Nights cool down beautifully.
