Born near Plymouth, on Cape Cod Bay, I have lived and worked in the Boston area, Philadelphia, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Norwich UK, and Austin TX, before returning to New England in 2019. A professional historian, I am also a poet and novelist, who finds himself chasing his stories outside of North Adams as often as nearby.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

In a quiet end of North Adams a little removed from the bustle of downtown, the house is near Mass MoCA and Windsor Lake, and short drives from museums, hiking trails, and other amenities in the north county area. From the upstairs, one can see the mountains of Vermont and the top of the Berkshires.

この宿泊施設の特徴

My 1914 house, slowly but carefully being restored after a few years without any one living in it, retains all the features of the late Victorian style. Not only is it warm and comfortable, there are two friendly kitties who love to be brushed and played with.
