This beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect location for for my sister, my daughter and me to visit cousins in the area. A great place foe a quiet walk. A deer ran in feont of me! It was very cool!

Super host and super convenient spot

Our host was great! We stayed in town for a sports weekend. Property is super close to Gillette Stadium. Had a great stay.

Fit our needs perfectly!

We stayed one night for a graduation at Gillette Stadium. Mornette was extremely flexible with our arrival and walked us through the property. We would definitely look to book again when we have a need to go to Gillette. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Location was perfect!

Would absolutely stay again!

Rented this property as a gathering place for my family coming from out of town (New Jersey, Arizona and Maine). The townhouse was a perfect fit for everyone, a beautiful deck outside, a great yard. The location you can’t beat! Will definitely look for this property again if we come back to the area!

Very covenient

Quaint home and very convenient. We loved being there. Our only problem was that we were all 65 years old, and maybe next time we need a one story! The host was extremely kind and we loved her!

Perfect for our needs!

The place was perfect for our needs! A couple and three single friends attending a show nearby. We all had our space for relaxing and to come together. Mornette was a great host and provided everything we needed and more!

Fantastic Home & Property Owner

This was the perfect place for me to relax after every day on my business trip. The owner (Mornette) supplied the house with all essentials which saved me the following morning after check in since I was wiped out from my flight from the west coast. Very private and well laid out for me to relax and watch TV after work.

Great Family Home and Get away!!

My husband and I came down from NY with our new baby so that we had a "home-like" place for our family to come meet the baby while still having our space. Mornette was absolutely amazing, sweet and attentive!!! we got in a little early and she made sure we had some basics in the fridge along with breakfast foods and fruit. being on the road for 6 + hours I cannot express how much that meant to us!!! the house was clean and felt like home to us as soon as we walked in!!! we will 100% be staying again next time we are in town to visit family!!! thank you Mornette

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

The house had everything we needed for our family of 6. The host was very attentive, and also provided snacks and breakfast foods for our stay. This was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. There was a TV and wall air conditioner in each bedroom and in the living room. The deck area was very nice and well kept with a big table and plenty of chairs. I suggest that the listing be revised to clearly state that the bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 in the basement) are only accessible via stairs. One of the members of our family was 86 years old and it was difficult for her to maneuver the stairs to her bedroom more than twice a day. There were two things that kept our rating less than 5. First, the house is occupied during non-rental days, so the refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and bedroom closets contain items that belong to the owner. Second, there was a musky smell in the basement bedroom, and some of the towels smelled of mildew after they were used. These were relatively minor issues, and we hope to return to Foxboro and rent again next year.

Nice house and good Location

The owner was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, alerting us to traffic issues and general knowledge of the area. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The porch is lovely too!

Well appointed and cozy

The home was clean, comfortable, and with many thoughtful touches like coffee and tea, as well as extensive cooking supplies. Mornette was very attentive and responsive before, during, and after our stay. We enjoyed our stay!

It was cozy and homey

Mornette was great. Her home was clean and as described on the site. She was lovely to my daughter who arrived first. She even had a Christmas tree up for us to make it seem like home. It is close to Patriot Place for shopping and if you are going to the Pats game it is a perfect location. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Excellent Owner

This is the perfect location for a stay in this area! From visiting the Patriot Centre to shopping at Wrentham to dining out, everything is a short distance form this location. There is plenty of room to visit with a family and it is a very family friendly home! When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and her two grandsons who were all extremely nice, friendly people. I have visited the area several times and have always stayed in a hotel but this was my first time renting a home and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again with my family!

Owner is very nice, but not what we expected!

The owner is very sweet, however the home isn’t what we had expected. When renting through HomeAway in the past, we arrived at an empty home, that has a key pad for entry, the homes are filled with basic essentials including towels, sheets, pillows and basic cleaning supplies. Otherwise, the home is clear of belongings. This home is quite clearly lived in on a regular basis by the owner. The fridge was full of half consumed food and beverages and the home felt very cluttered with the owners belongings. However, we could have looked past all of that, if the basement bedroom had been useable. The basement bedroom and bathroom were so damp and musty, they were rendered useless. My children and I slept down there for one night and our clothing wreaked of must, and my children and I were coughing continuously. I ended up sleeping on the couch for the duration of our stay. I feel badly leaving a review that is less than stellar, however I believe people need to know exactly what to expect when renting this property. Again, the owner is very sweet and accommodating.

I'm really sorry the guests had this response, unfortunatley for them it rained the whole time they were here, it was miserable for a wedding and it is close to a really lovely stream, I have never had anyone complain about their cloths smelling, as far as coughing goes no one has ever complained of coughing either and I've been doing this for a year. My thoughts are the minute you come off a plane you've been exposed to multiple germs so Their flight here could explain the exposure and The coughing . Nothing I can do about the weather, but did disinfect their rooms after they left. As far as half eaten foods, most of the stuff left were condiments, and creamers 1/2 dozen eggs, a few fresh bagels for breakfast, since they arrived so late I assumed they would appreciate the fridge stocked, coffees, unopened orange juice new milk and waters in the fridge to save them a trip early morning. Lesson learned. Most guests enjoy the goodies I leave. Costs for accommodations are high in Massachusetts and my home is very reasonable. Thanks anyway, they seemed very nice guests. But did leave their soaps and other items in the home. Including half bottles of drinks which I ended up emptying and recycling.

Beautiful home with everything you could need! Great location!

There was plenty of room for my family of four - each person got their own room! The home was fully stocked with anything you could need and the host was more than accommodating. She even had breakfast food in the fridge for us since we arrived so late! The home was very modern with every comfort you could want - every room had a TV w/cable. The location was perfect since we were visiting family in three different towns. Only complaints - no outside trashcan to takeout the garbage and no bathroom on the main floor. We would definitely rent again!

This family was a dream to host. I would definitely have them again, they come highly recommended. The house was spotless when I came back. Thanks for the tips on the outdoor trash can, will be purchasing one asap. But can't put a bathroom on the main floor. All points well taken. Come back again please
