We had such a nice stay here for a trip to Boston. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the red line. Only positive things to say about the house and our stay!

Our traveling party was one couple and three singles. This apartment was perfect for our stay! Just the right number of beds and two bathrooms. Clean, neat and tidy! The kitchen had everything we needed. Alexandra was pleasant to work with and very prompt in responding to my requests. We wanted to stay out a ways from Boston to save money. The property is conveniently located fairly close to the Red Line on the Metro, about a 30 minute ride into the city center. I would stay there again!

Host was friendly, kitchen could use more utensils & plates, beds were comfortable. A safety bar in walk-in shower would be helpful. A few lights bulbs were out including the range hood. A suitcase stand for the 3rd bedroom would be helpful

Hey Nancy, I’m really sorry to hear your stay was less than 5 stars. I do feel that the concerns mentioned were fairly minor and didn't warrant the rating given. That said, if you choose to stay with us again, please don’t hesitate to reach out during your stay with any concerns. Something as simple as a light bulb is an extremely easy fix for us, and we’re always happy to address things when we know about them.

The owners were extremely responsive to all of our questions. Note that there is a unit upstairs. Important to make sure you park on the left of the driveway as the upstairs tenant parks in the back. Plenty of parking right in front of the house. Super clean and well stocked. A great local breakfast diner two blocks walk - i believe called Kristin’s We can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood. It is a short drive to the train station. The house was very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the Boston area again, we'll definitely look into staying again!

A wonderful place to stay

This adorable place had everything we needed to stay for the week we were there. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants nearby and a short drive to Boston. As long as there’s no traffic.

Nice home in Braintree. We had everything needed for a week stay. Many thanks to the host for the generous offering of tea and coffee. Great location for public transportation into Boston. Charming town with great restaurants. Thank you for a lovely visit.

We stayed at this house for 4 days, & overall, there were some positives, but there were also a few negs.One thing we were not aware of before booking was that there was another individual staying in the unit above us. Unfortunately, this became noticeable during our stay. In the evenings, music from upstairs was loud enough to be heard clearly in our unit and continued for some time. Additionally, the person upstairs walked very heavily throughout the house, which made it quite noticeable that someone was staying directly above us. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the property was not a completely private, standalone home.I did reach out to the owner regarding the noise, and while I appreciated being able to communicate with them, the music did not stop immediately.There were also some cleanliness concerns. In the bathroom between the two bedrooms, there were several dead small bugs, such as gnats, on the ceiling and around the shower area. In the living room, the corners of the walls appeared to need some additional dusting, as there were spiderwebs with dead bugs caught in them. A more thorough cleaning, particularly in the corners and less noticeable areas, would make a significant difference.Positive note, the house is located in a good area, which was convenient for our stay. With some attention to cleanliness and better communication regarding the upstairs occupant and potential noise, I believe the property could provide a much better experience.

Thank you for your review. The other unit you’re referring to is a completely different address, and the structure and layout of this home is clearly represented in the photos. Additionally, cleanliness and noise have never been concerns with our other guests, as is clear in reviews. We take great pride in providing excellent customer service, but unfortunately, it’s difficult to please everyone, and sometimes no matter how much we do, a guest may still not be satisfied!

Great spot with easy walking into downtown braintree. About a mile from the red line to take you into downtown boston. Owners were very responsive. Would stay here again

Great stay in Braintree

We were very happy in this clean, comfortable, and welcoming home with all amenities included for a relaxing vacation with friends. Nearby restaurants and train station allowed for easy access to the city and meals.

If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. We have put a lot of effort into making this home a lovely place. Please treat it with the same respect as you do your own home.

In this manual, you’ll also find lots of useful information that we’ve compiled over the years to help our guests make the most of their stay. From instructions on how to use the appliances to recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping areas, we’ve got you covered.

House Rules
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Respect the noise curfew (11pm-8am)
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Respect check-in and check-out times.
Take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Avoid all off-limit areas (basketball hoop, basement, garage).
