Great time!

This property exceeded our expectations. Getting day on day one was a little scary cuz the main road is in very poor shape, but that's not the fault of the condominium people. Once we arrive to the condominium building the whole process was smooth, the facilities wonderful, the pool fantastic, and the actual room perfect. Communication with the management was smooth and timely. I would totally recommend this place if you're looking forward to a pleasant time in Puerto Vallarta.

No parking at this condo***

When we arrived at the property, we were told that there was no parking for this specific condo. I asked before I booked to make sure there would be parking for my rental car and I was told that there was. I contacted the host about this and they were very responsive and apologized for the mistake. They refunded me a night’s stay for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. I ended up renting a parking space for the week from another owner, which was about the same price as the refund. There was no bathroom tissue or paper towels (one roll would have been nice because we expected to purchase some eventually). We are used to having some additional amenities at VRBO rentals like cooking spices, a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. None of these were available at the condo so we purchased them. The condo was beautiful and new and the views and pools were amazing. Everything was clean and well kept.
