You will be happy to know your home away from home has been thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, sanitized and ventilated before and after every stay.

The friendly staff await you on your next vacation in this beautiful one bedroom condo. Set on the 20th floor, fully furnished and exceptional design throughout.

Located in the luxurious Grand Venetian Residence right on the beach in the Hotel Zone of charming Puerto Vallarta.

Enjoy a front and back terrace from sunrise to sunset as your fully equipped condo awaits your next dream vacation.

La Isla shopping mall is now officially opened just a few steps away. Enjoy VIP class Cinema and various shopping and restaurant options.

Chris and Karla were accommodating and gracious hosts. Communication was exceptional. They were even able to extend our stay for one night that we needed. We have stayed at the Grand Venetian before, and the building and facilities are 5 star. Our condo was overlooking the ocean on one side and City view on the other. Great place, Great hosts , Great weather . What more could you ask for !

Our host, Chris was amazing! Had very good communication skills always checking on us. He gave us lots of extras.. coffee, water, washing supplies. The only thing that we were not happy with was there is a club right below tower 3000 that played LOAD music on Friday,Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 10pm

Beautiful Views

Lovely two balcony unit, offering you beautiful sunset views and choice of sun or shade. Very good correspondence with property owners and the key pad entry to unit is very convenient. The grounds of the Grand Venetian are spectacular. Also a great location for both dining and grocery shopping. The only negative would be the extreme loud music from a nearby ocean club (benefit of having 2 balconies).

Great Place

We have stayed here previously and everything was as expected. The condo has all the basics and more. We were more than comfortable and will be back next year. The Grand Venetian is an excellent property in a great location.

Great getaway spot

This place is located in a great area. Staff are extremely friendly. My only dislike is how dirty the place was upon arrival. Owner got the cleaning staff to come in but over cleaning in my opinion could be enhanced.

I spent a month in this gorgeous condo and have already recommended it to several friends. The location is great, the hosts are super gracious and accommodating and you can’t beat the views + pool. Can’t wait to go back.

The fulfillment that comes from visiting in one of the most magical places in the world is what those living in Vallarta transmit to all visitors. A big smile radiating happiness is written on their faces. It is worth visiting Puerto Vallarta if only to feel and breathe in some of this joy.
This magic captured from so many red sunsets has enticed nationals as well as foreigners from all over the world to make this magical bay their first vacation choice.

Amenities: Gorgeous ocean views from this high rise building. 3 Outdoor pools, shared common room with billiards, fitness equipment, games and a movie theater. Underground parking, Wifi and an elevator. Activities: Swimming and water activities, golfing, shopping and dining. Hot Tub for Complex: Two 8 person outdoor hot tubs. Distances: The Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Vallarta airport is about a 10 minute drive. The bus is about a 2 minute walk and Walmart as well as a supermarket and shopping plaza are within walking distance. Downtown and Puerto Vallarta Marina is about a 10 minute drive. There are 4 golf courses within a walking or driving distance.
