To help protect both you and the property, you can choose one of the following options:



Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with:

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the property.

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded.

We’ve provided the following starter items for your convenience:

For your comfort, we recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional supplies you may need for the duration of your stay.



House Rules:



No Smoking Indoors



Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $2,500 fine, plus any costs for damage repair such as odor removal or deep cleaning.



No Pets Allowed

To maintain comfort and allergy safety for all guests, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.



Trash Disposal

Please dispose of trash properly in the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Failure to comply will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee to cover the extra disposal effort.



No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized events are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in a $150 fine and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.



Getting Around:

For your safety, the community has a gate guard. All guests must provide the full names of drivers after booking to be registered for entry.



Overflow parking is not allowed. Please ensure all vehicles fit within the designated parking areas.

The following vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles.
