It is perfect for a group of friends or family. Enjoy being located in the heart of Manhattan, walking distance from football, baseball, basketball, track and field, and volleyball events. Take the stress out of the game day hustle and bustle by being able to wake up and start your tailgating without leaving the property! The backyard is a great space to sit in comfort while grilling and enjoying a game of corn hole. The garage area is a perfect place to gather out of the elements all while still taking in the game day atmosphere of games and beverages. Location, Location, Location! It is perfectly located within walking distance to all the sporting events and you don't even have to cross any traffic to get there. The walking trail that the street dead-ends at literally takes you directly to all the KSU sporting facilities! In addition you are centrally located to the main campus, shopping, and Aggieville.
この宿泊施設の特徴
While the location is ideal, we feel the house itself is perfect as well. It has been fully renovated, updated, and furnished with the idea that it is something we want our guests to feel like they are truly at home. The backyard is a shaded space with the sounds of birds chirping and sights of squirrels scampering. It sits higher than than the neighbors behind the house and is surrounded by foliage, so gives you a private space to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Beings that the house is located on a street that does not go through, you do not have the constant drive by traffic. It is truly a relaxing wonderful place to stay that we know you will fall in love with as much as we have.
