Demariaのアパートメントは、2階と3階、または18世紀の伝統的な石造りの家に位置しています。リーバまで1列、海まで5m以内です。 ほんの数歩のところにコムナ、ストーンタワー、コミザのシンボルがあります。 2階には2つのダブルベッドルームがあり、3階にはそれぞれ専用のバスルームがあり、設備の整ったキッチンとリビングルームは大きなガラスの扉で横になったテラスとつながっています。 テラスはダイニングやリラックスに最適です。 リビングルームには衛星テレビとソファが付いています。 ベッドルームとリビングルームはエアコン完備です。 ヴィラには無線LAN接続があります。
建物は2017年に天然素材を使用した最高水準に改装されました。
活気に満ちたRivaはすぐそばにあり、様々なバー、カフェ、レストラン、ピザ屋、ロマンチックな海辺散歩のスペースを提供しています。 澄んだ青い色で有名なコミサ市には、ビーチが点在しています。 閉鎖はわずか100メートルの距離ルチカビーチです。 家の周りの歩行者ゾーンはリラックスした静かな雰囲気を保っています。

Six days in Komiza

Our stay in Komiza was everything I imagined and Lorena was the perfect host. We were tracing some family connections and Lorena went out of her way to help us out. The property itself is wonderful, just off the Riva with a great patio to sit and watch the world go by. Will definitely be back.

Sublime Komiza

Lorena's apartment in Komiza was fabulous. Its phenomenal balcony (with a dinner table, as well as a couch and chairs) is where we spent our time when we were not in the sea, hiking, kayaking, or at the beach. The location and facilities are perfect -- the tranquil view, the well-appointed two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, kitchen, washer, and living room made for a vacation that we will long remember. Lorena is sweet, helpful and engaging. Many thanks!

Difficult to beat!

Had a wonderful stay at Lorena's property. She and her husband were wonderful and always available if needed. Location can't be beat and the unit is pretty much brand new condition. Everything works as it should. Enough space for the entire family. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location in paradise

Amazing island, and one of the best locations of an appartement in Komiza town. The owner of the appartement where closeby, and always helpful and making sure that everything was perfect. The condition of the appartement is great, it almost feels bran new. And the terrace is amazing, with a fantastic view of the sea and town. We will for sure be back soon!

Fantastic apartment in a lovely town

Very happy with our stay in the beautiful Komiza village and the apartment was perfectly situated just by the harbour and all the restaurants with the lovely balcony to sit and view the scenery. The apartment is brand new with very high standard and our host Lorena really took care of us by sending a lot of useful info before our arrival. We also had great support when we were in Komiza from ttwo very serviminded persons (Marica and Dragana) We would really recommend both the itown as the apartment and we are looking forward to come back soon to both

Five-star accommodation, everything fresh, all that is needed is in the apartment.

A wonderful holiday in a fantastic accommodation, ranging from the pick up at the bus station to the presentation of the housekeeper and the lady who lives below. Everything brand new perfect for two couples, with two bedrooms as well as bathroom to each sleeping room. Washing machine, dishwasher and a toilet on the upper floor there is a living room and a fantastic terrace is located. We stayed there for ten days can recommend this place. Five-star accommodation where there is nothing to complain about. Komiza recomendants are very charming with many restaurants and good beaches
