Christine and Jim were wonderful hosts! Christine was VERY communicative, giving easy to follow and very thorough directions on how to get to the house. There was a glitch with the power (in the entire neighborhood), but Jim got the generator on immediately and it was no big inconvenience to us since they were so prepared!The house is perfectly set up and comfortable, everything we wanted or needed was there. Easy walk across the street to the beach, lots of floats and a paddleboard were available for use. I'd highly recommend staying here if you want a laid back, quiet, easy stay. We will definitely return!

We visited Puerto Peñasco in 2017 and knew immediately we would love to live here on the beautiful Sea of Cortez. We did just that in 2018, planned and designed our home, began construction 2019 and now Apreciar La Vida is our reality! We are truly blessed with this labor of love and beautiful…

Apreciar La Vida's architectural design and construction is unique and not your typical Mexican Box. The shape combines curved, angled and straight walls with vibrant color along with custom mosaic tiling make it a personally welcoming experience. Recently built, the superior water pressure and hot temperature available for visitors is appreciated. Apreciar La Vida's guests compliment all the extra touches and details.
