COZY CONDO NEAR MIRADOR BEACH IN ROCKY POINT – Brisa del Mar (Sea Breeze) is a cute, beach-themed condo in the gated El Pueblo complex, just a short walk from the iconic Mirador Beach in Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps 4, with a king-size bed and a lazy boy sleeper sofa, making it a perfect fit for couples or small families.
LIVING AREA – The spacious living and dining area features an entertainment center with cable TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and DVD, along with movies, music, and games for hours of relaxation. Central air and heat, a ceiling fan, and an electric fireplace ensure comfort year-round.
KITCHEN – Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, plus a blender, toaster, Keurig machine, and drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen bar, the inside table, or one of two outside tables.

Our stay was great, we enjoyed it very much. The A/C did break during our stay, but the property manager was responsive and had it fixed the following day. The pool was a little cool, but would have been great during the hotter months. Overall I would recommend this place.

Perfect Location & Staff!

Oceana is by far the very best company to work with for rentals! They were very helpful with recommendations and accommodating a last minute change in our travel dates. The condo was beautiful and very clean. I will be booking directly though them moving forward!

The only issued we had durinf our stay is that the complex trash container was locked, making difficult the trash disposal. There is no tv in the bedroom, per described on the pictures.

The condo is not on the street in front of the beach as indicated on map and you can’t see the ocean (false advertising). Didn’t have hot water and it took a few days for them to fix it. People burned trash across the street at an empty lot so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside pool and patio.

The place had a lot of interesting decorations. AC works great. The only downside is that there is just way too much furniture in every room- so it made it hard to find places to put my own stuff.
