気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
When I walked in the place was dirty and smelled like dog urine. The sheets had stains all over them and the pillows were completely yellow and stained, honestly disgusting. My socks turned BLACK just from walking on the floors. There is a kitchen but all the pots and pans were dirty. We told the host and they brought more pots and pans that were also dirty. The mugs and glasses looked like old mismatched items someone would normally throw out, including cheap plastic cups that looked free, and they were dirty too.For a two week stay we were given only two bath towels and no face towels. We asked for more and the extra towels were old, stained, rough, and looked like cleaning rags. If my sheets, pillows, or towels at home looked like that I would throw them away. For a place we were paying for, basic sanitation and clean linens should be expected.There was no bath mat for the shower. Only one trash bag was provided for two weeks and not enough paper towels. We ran out of toilet paper and it took over 24 hours to get more. We asked them to leave it outside since we would be out. They said they had to enter. We said we were uncomfortable and they responded that if they didn’t enter they couldn’t come another day. We had no choice or we would have had no toilet paper for 5 days.The walls were dirty. The place is not well maintained. The AC blew out foul air and said the filter needed to be changed. Overall gross and unsanitary. I dreaded going back every day. DO NOT STAY HERE
