• Nature Immersion: Private 40-acre property with diverse wildlife (Marian turkeys, whitetail deer, elk, moose, bald eagles, osprey), wildflowers (lupin, St. John’s wort, yarrow, chamomile, daisies), and majestic trees (giant red cedars, Douglas fir, grand fir, western larch, rock maple, alder, birch, Pacific yew).
• Adventure Hub: On-property hiking, animal watching, berry picking, plus proximity to Lake Pend Oreille (boat launch 1 mile away, boat parking for a fee), Schweitzer Ski Area (45 min), Idaho Club golf course, and Glacier National Park.
