Cozy Charming Convenient Lake Street Retreat

Relax in our stylish centrally-located guest house tailored for enjoying Sandpoint to the fullest. Newly renovated we are located on the bike path, 1/2 block to the free shuttle stop heading up to Schweitzer (a 25 minute drive) and across from Winter Ridge an organic market. It's a 5 minute walk to fabulous Evans Brother's Coffee, Farmer's Market, antiques and Matchwood Brewing. If you jump on our bikes it's less than a 5 minute pedal to City Beach, downtown shopping, wineries, beer halls and music!

Additional rules
Though there are two separate entrances, gardens and patios, there is a second guesthouse next to this one so we ask that you please respect noise levels.

Sandpoint visit

We had a great time and loved our stay in the cottage! Kendra was wonderful to communicate with and the house was in a convenient location, walkable to downtown.

This is the cutest place! Well appointed, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, cool shower. It has a great outdoor patio location surrounded by flowers and vines in the little garden! Great location, easy walk to several restaurants, markets. Easy access to highway for heading out to your adventures.The host was fabulous, great communication, and she left us the sweetest welcome message! She thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and was available if we had questions or needed anything. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Winter stay

This is an excellent location for getting up to Schweitzer ski hill. It’s small and quaint, just what we wanted. I ended up on crutches right before our trip and our host was responsive and made sure the path to the house was clear and ready for us.

Drive off alley needs the willow cut back. Easier tv usage with written directions by tv.

Cute place!

Very cute and well kept! Everything we needed except a wine bottle opener. Close to a cute flower shop and the coffee shop was a short walk on the bike path. The neighborhood was a little rough but the house made up for it! A little farther from the beach then you think
