This beach styled home is perfect for family/group trips. This house sits on La Playa’s private golf course & has all the amenities for a great vacation. The home offers 3 bed/2 baths & sleeps up to 6 comfortably in beds.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom offers a king size bed paired with a closet and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The Master also has a smart 55” TV. The two other guest bedrooms offer a king size bed and a queen size bed, and share a bathroom in the hallway between the two rooms. The guest bathroom has a tub if needed.

Private Workspace:
In the guest room with the queen bed you’ll find a desk and chair for getting some work done if needed.

Kitchen:
Stop by the store and grab some groceries if you like to cook! The kitchen offers all the basics guests will need to cook a meal and prepare an amazing course for their family/friends along with them. Also stocked in the bar cart area you will find wine/martini/cocktail glass ware.

Coffee area:
Found in the kitchen the home offers a Keurig combo machine for different types of coffee and tea including ability to make full pots of coffee. A French press is available as well.

Garage:
You’ll find the washer and dryer in the garage with complimentary pods. Please do not park vehicle in garage unless speaking with the owner of the home first.

Backyard:
The back yard is where you’ll find the screened in pool/hot tub/outdoor kitchen for the ultimate hang out. This area of the home is arguably where you’ll spend most of your time relaxing. The pool/hot tub both have the options to be heated if desired (summer time air temps usually keep the pool pretty warm). The outdoor kitchen includes a grill and a separate flat surface for frying along with any utensils needed for cooking out. Other things to note:
