Beach vacation 2025

What a lovely beach home. Each of the four bedrooms had a dresser and a closet for clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed so we cooked and ate in most nights. The main floor washer and dryer worked out great. The rooftop deck and hot tub were outstanding-that was our favorite spot to watch sunsets and sunrises.

Perfect Beach House for Family or Friends

My wife and I stayed with our college age niece and nephew. We lounged on the beach every day (It’s steps away from the front door) and loved the comfortable feel of the house. Beth and John have stocked the house with any supplies you could need for days on the beach, and the open kitchen/living/dining room was a great place to lounge in the AC when it got too hot out. From the outdoor shower to the hot tub on the roof, everything was great. The incredibly short walk to restaurants and shops made this a wonderful trip.

Wonderful place for a family get together

Wonderful place for a family gathering. Enough space to spread out. Enough space for everyone to gather together comfortably. Walking distance to beach; walking distance to after-hours things to do. The house is well maintained and clean. Owner provided ample beach equipment, and games to play for any ages. Owner provided detailed instructions on running the house entertainment system, hot tub, gas grill and mundane things like local trash and recycling collection.

The perfect beach home

Beth’s beach home was absolutely perfect for our group of friends and family. The rooftop is amazing, with a lovely view of the beach and hot tub too! Dewey Beach itself is an awesome area and the house is the perfect distance from the restaurants and bars without it being too loud. Thank you so much for having us - it was wonderful!

Another Great Vacation at Dewey Beach

Another great summer making memories at Dewey in the books! The SeaScape has everything you need-- truly feels like a vacation when you only have to pack your swim suit and your flip flops. Beth takes care of everything and the house is set up perfectly for our family of 4-- everyone has their own space and plenty of it. Location can't be beat, just steps from the sand. Thank you for another fabulous beach week!

Wonderful Beach Week in Dewey!

My family and I just wrapped up a fantastic week at Dewey Beach. We've been coming to Dewey for over a decade and this year was one for the memory books, largely because of the awesome location and amenities at the Seascape. Our first time staying in this unit, it fit our family's needs perfectly. Ample living space, stunning views from the rooftop deck, fully stocked kitchen and proximity to the beach as well as our favorite restaurants made this vacation so enjoyable and stress-free. Beth, the owner, was very considerate, flexible and accommodating. We are already making plans for another summer at the Seascape!

We were fortunate to find this wonderful property and simply delighted upon arrival. The property owner (Beth) was terrific and responsive. All the amenities were included (cookware, condiments, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, etc) and quick access to a beautiful beach. We would not hesitate to return to this gem again and again. Book early. We tried adding days to our booking, but the location was already booked.

Fantastic vacation home

The house was spacious and clean, with a fantastic location. Beth was easy to work with, and we had no issues while we were there. It was great to have the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, toys, towels) available for use. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful!

Close to the beach, lots of space, parking, and full amenities at the house. Was a great stay! Our only issue was with the remote lock but the owners were extremely communicative and helped us get a physical key to lock the door within minutes of reporting the issue.

Amazing week at the beach

Such a fun time here with two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The location is phenomenal and they have a bunch of chairs and beach gear to make the stay even better. The house itself is very well laid out and the owners have made sure to keep it well stocked too. Communication was extremely easy as well. I felt relaxed from the minute I got into the property. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location

Family of 8 - says “it was Great”! You can’t beat the location of this property. We were so lucky to find it for our beach vacation! I never expected all the sleeping spaces and family living areas perfect for our extended family. Can’t say enough about this listing! The roof top hot tub was like the cherry on top! Amazing!

My friends and I had so much fun for Memorial Day weekend here. It was cold and rainy all weekend sadly but the hot tub and house made it a great experience. Very spacious and had everything you could need. Would definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Dewey!

SUCH A GREAT PROPERTY!

The property, location and owners were AMAZING! The property was clean and had everything we needed for the perfect weekend! We spent most of our time on the awesome roof deck which had a hot tub, swing and a great view of the beach. The owner is EXTREMELY accommodating and quick to answer questions. We will definitely look to rent this property again!

Beautiful house, great location

Our multi-generational family group enjoyed a wonderful week in Dewey. The house is incredible; spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop deck and hot tub are particularly exceptional features. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this rental. The property itself was so clean, well-maintained, stocked with everything you'd need to be comfortable, and the location is AMAZING. Walking distance to everything in Dewey and right on the beach. Topping it all off - Beth and John were the most accommodating and helpful hosts. They responded quickly and provided explanations for everything we could have needed. The group of friends I stayed with said it was the best trip we've taken to the beach so far and we will absolutely rent again if its available!

A stones throw from the beach. Rooftop hot tub with a view of the ocean. Very comfortable for the whole family. It’s all the comforts of home but at the beach!
