Fully remodeled beach condo steps away from the sand. Perfect fit for anyone who wants to walk everywhere. Just minutes away from the pier/restaurants. With a full kitchen and outside porch with a BBQ where you're set to enjoy a beautiful dinner outside

Surfers, kayakers, paddle boarders, sunbathers can just walk 100 steps the street to the beach and start your adventure.
Newport Beach is home to Lexus Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race, Newport Beach Film Festival, Restaurant Week, Newport Beach Independence Day on the Bay, Hyatt Regency Summer Concert Series, and the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade.
You can take a a Duffy (electric boat) ride down the bay, deep sea fishing, whale watching, jet packing, bike ride down the boardwalk, paddle board, enjoy the Balboa Fun Zone....and so much more. Disneyland is even just 20 minutes away.

Great Location and great Host

Great location!

Newport vacation

Very impressed with this home and stay, the host was very responsive and worked with us when we needed to stay a little longer on our last day due to a late flight! The host checked on us daily and answered all our questions! Definitely would book here again!

Awesome location

Nice setting

Very nice flat, near the beach, very clean, renew, big flat screen X2, nice terrace, very clean with a parking space, very near restaurant and fun places. Nice reactive owner, I absolutely recommend the place.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed while staying there. The location was amazing. We were able to enjoy the beach, harbor, and pier all within walking distance. Emil was very easy to contact and was helpful with any questions that we had.

Excellent place for family and fun.

So far the best place we found for our family vacations. Plenty of room for everyone to be completely comfortable. The beds were perfect. It seemed centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Updated and clean interior. The owner was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible. We will definitely be back.

Newport Beach awesome vacation

We loved every single minute of our stay! The beach house was nice and a perfect fit for our family. It's close to the beach, just a short walk across a couple streets and you are on the beach. Emil was very responsive and available by text throughout the whole time. We would definitely go back and stay in this beach house.

Nice Place in a Perfect Location

My family of 6 enjoyed a 10 day stay at this beautiful house. We walked everywhere. We were 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner, Emil, was friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

A place to make memories.........

Me and My family really enjoy our stay. The condo is really nice updated and quiet. The area is really safe. There's restaurants and a super market in within walking distance. And last but the most important the beach is a couple of blocks away.......Thank you

Emil was so accommodating for a last minute stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was very clean. Perfect location to the beach. Away from the loud 4th of July parties but close waking distance to Channel Park, beach, and a wonderful coffee shop. Met some friendly neighbors too!

Family getaway

So lucky to find this great condo which was perfect for my family with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen had everything needed to take care of all our daily needs for the week. A great plus was the garage with washer n dryer, no need to hunt for parking, walking distance to beach. This was truly a family vacation at the beach.

Great vacation spot

Good location, awesome amount of room for our family of 5...couch was very uncomfortable. Owner was very attentive and fast to respond. A little disappointed we couldn’t stay longer than 12pm, but happy for the extra accommodation. Definitely needs some upgrades and work, but better than other run down properties nearby.
