We had a great stay at Gondola Village at Sugarloaf. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the mountain, golf course, restaurants, and everything the Sugarloaf area has to offer. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area was peaceful, the views were beautiful, and check-in and communication were both easy. Fantastic condo right next to base lodge. Very comfortable for my family of 4. Excellent kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Great communication with the host. Also nice to deal directly with property manager vs. Sugarloaf rental office. Will definitely try to rent in the future!

Thank you, we had a wonderful stay. Jessica is an outstanding host. She checked in a few times to ensure we had everything we needed and that things were going well. The condo location is awesome, ski in/out and so close to the lodge. The updated amenities are top notch, comfortable accommodations and the light that comes into the kitchen/living area is lovely. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and the local beer/seltzers in the fridge were a thoughtful touch!

Amazing place - will visit again!

My family had the best Easter weekend at The Legacy! We were barely settled in before saying, “we could live here!” The newly renovated condo is gorgeous. The kitchen is fully set up and the knives were actually sharp! If you forgot to pack something, chances are it’s there. Jessica was great to deal with and very responsive. She even left Easter chocolates for our daughter, which was incredibly thoughtful. The whole place feels clean, cozy, and smells so good. You can tell how much thought went into everything. We can’t wait to go back!

Hearing that you could see yourselves living there is the highest compliment and exactly the feeling I hope every guest experiences! I’m so glad the details stood out to you—from a thoughtfully equipped kitchen (sharp knives included!) to a little Easter surprise for your daughter. Every element of the space is intentionally curated to feel both elevated and effortless, so it’s wonderful to know that came through during your stay. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and I would be honored to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future!

We had an amazing family ski weekend at this Sugarloaf condo. The location truly can’t be beat. It is right next to the Snubber lift, which made getting on the mountain incredibly easy, and super convenient for heading out to restaurants after skiing. The condo itself was immaculate and felt brand new, with everything thoughtfully designed and well appointed. ]The host was also fantastic. She was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent, cozy stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo is very spacious, clean, organized and had everything we needed and then some. Steps to whiffletree made taking the scenic lift ride easy. We were able to just walk to the base lodge and all surrounding restaurants on mountain. Perfect location! Beautiful space. We will definitely be back.

This condo could not be more perfect set up, honestly! Everything is newly updated, clean, and really well appointed down to every last detail. We stayed there with two families each with young children, and had everything we needed and then some to make for an easy and relaxing time. The ability to open the ground-floor sliding door and literally be steps from both the bunny slope and Whiffletree is priceless, it offers something for everyone. Not to mention being steps away from the village with countless food options and easy access to amenities, really the ultimate convenience. Having dedicated parking right at your door is also a major help when loading and unloading, and one less thing to worry about. The host is also super attentive and helpful, 10/10 experience all around!

Ski Vacation 03/01/2026

Our stay at the Legacy was exactly what I imagine when I think of the perfect ski-in, ski-out experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Being able to park right outside the door made unloading and settling in incredibly easy. The condo itself has a cozy, home-away-from-home feel. It was spotless and beautifully maintained, with new appliances and very comfortable furniture. The heated floors were an amazing bonus—especially after a long day on the slopes. Every part of the condo, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, felt high quality and thoughtfully put together. The location couldn’t be better. The ski lift is just a few steps away, and the Sugarloaf village is right there as well. We never had to drive anywhere during our stay. One of the best parts was being able to ski right up to the door, come inside for lunch or coffee, and head back out again. I also loved relaxing in the evening and watching the groomers working on the mountain at night—it really added to the whole ski resort experience. The host thought of everything. Free snacks were a great touch, and the large boot dryer was an epic addition that made mornings much easier. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Jessica was wonderful to deal with and responded to my questions very quickly. Overall, the condo and host delivered a truly detailed and high-quality experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Sugarloaf ski getaway.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I am thrilled that your stay at The Legacy delivered the ski-in, ski-out Sugarloaf experience you were looking for. One of the things guests love most about this Sugarloaf ski condo is exactly what you described—being able to step out the door, access the lift within moments, and ski right back to the condo during the day. Having Sugarloaf Village just steps away also makes it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and everything the mountain has to offer without ever needing to drive. I am so glad you enjoyed the heated floors, boot dryer, and the small touches like the complimentary snacks. After a full day on the slopes, those comforts can make the experience even better. Watching the groomers work on the mountain at night is one of our favorite parts of staying at the condo too—it really reminds you that you’re staying right on the mountain. Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing to stay at The Legacy. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I would love to welcome you back to Sugarloaf anytime for another ski getaway! Very Best, Jessica

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

My wife and I stayed at The Legacy at Sugarloaf during peak foliage season for our anniversary, and it was a truly unforgettable experience! Nestled at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort, this slope-side condo offered jaw-dropping views of the vibrant fall colors and seamless ski-in/ski-out access just steps from the Whiffletree SuperQuad, making it the perfect base for our romantic weekend getaway. The condo is a masterpiece of modern luxury. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, was ideal for brewing fresh local coffee, which we savored at the spacious dining table while soaking in the fiery reds, oranges, and golds of the surrounding forest and mountain. The living room’s plush sofa was both stylish and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The three Smart TVs kept us entertained, especially after a fun evening bowling at the nearby Sugar Bowl. The primary suite, with its queen bed and stunning en-suite bathroom boasting a custom tiled shower, felt like a tranquil sanctuary. The second bathroom, with its double vanity and tub/shower combo, added a touch of indulgence and convenience. One of the first things we noticed upon arrival was how good it smelled inside! It was awesome! My wife immediately went on Amazon and ordered several products with the same scent! Even though it was just the two of us, the family-friendly details were impressive—curated board games, books, and a warm, inviting ambiance made the condo feel like a true home away from home. While we didn’t need it, the in-unit laundry was a thoughtful addition for longer stays. The custom toiletries in both bathrooms elevated the experience, giving it a luxurious, hotel-like feel. Jessica, the owner, has created something extraordinary. Her hospitality expertise and meticulous attention to detail, shaped by her nursing background, shone through in the spotless cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. From high-speed Wi-Fi to soft linens, every element was carefully curated for comfort. We spent our two days marveling at Sugarloaf’s breathtaking vistas, immersed in the dazzling fall foliage, and our evenings unwinding in the condo’s cozy space, watching Netflix! This stay perfectly balanced adventure and relaxation, making our anniversary truly special. We’re already dreaming of our next visit to The Legacy at Sugarloaf and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, unforgettable fall escape in the heart of Maine’s mountains!

My name is Jessica, and I am the owner of BP Legacy Properties LLC, a company founded to carry forward a vision I shared with my late husband. Together, we had planned to enter the world of real estate investment following his retirement from a distinguished career in law enforcement. Though he passed before we had the opportunity to begin, I established BP Legacy Properties to honor his memory and build a lasting legacy for our son.

Professionally, I am an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, a role that has shaped my appreciation for attention to detail, clear communication, and anticipating the needs of others. Before nursing, I spent many years in the hospitality industry as a server, bartender, and event planner. That combination of hospitality and healthcare has greatly influenced the way I approach hosting—creating spaces that are thoughtfully prepared, exceptionally cared for, and designed with the guest experience in mind.

As a mom to an active young son, much of our life is spent outdoors. We love skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, ice fishing, and summers at the lake. Those experiences have also shaped the kind of properties I want to offer: elevated and beautifully appointed, while still comfortable, practical, and welcoming for families.

At BP Legacy Properties LLC, my goal is to create more than simply a place to stay. I want guests to arrive and immediately feel that the details have been considered—from a well-equipped kitchen and family-friendly amenities to the small comforts you might expect from a boutique hotel.

The Legacy at Sugarloaf is deeply personal to me, and it is a privilege to share it with the families, friends, and guests who choose to make their own memories here.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The Legacy at Sugarloaf was chosen for one simple reason: location. Set slope-side in Gondola Village, the condo offers true ski-in/ski-out access with an exterior door leading directly to the mountain and the Whiffletree SuperQuad just steps away. The Base Lodge and Sugarloaf Village are only a 60-second walk from the building, making it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, après, and resort activities without constantly getting in the car.

But location is only part of what makes The Legacy special. The condo was thoughtfully designed to offer the comfort and elevated feel of a luxury getaway while still functioning beautifully for families and groups. From a well-equipped kitchen and quality linens to custom toiletries, games, books, and family-friendly essentials, the details have been intentionally considered so guests can arrive, settle in, and enjoy their time together.

As an owner-managed property, The Legacy is personally cared for with a strong focus on cleanliness, communication, and the guest experience. It’s the kind of place we would want for our own family—comfortable enough to feel like home, elevated enough to feel like a getaway, and positioned in one of the most convenient locations on the mountain.

And the location extends well beyond ski season. Step outside for direct access to Sugarloaf’s mountain biking terrain, enjoy hiking and scenic lift rides nearby, or head to Sugarloaf Golf Club just a few minutes away. Whether you’re clicking into your skis outside the building, riding the mountain, golfing with a view, or walking next door for dinner, The Legacy makes experiencing Sugarloaf easy in every season.
