- Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (max. 9 guests at a time).

- Outdoor shared kitchen next to the pool, equipped with a grill, stove, and dining area — perfect for enjoying meals in nature.
- The outdoor kitchen is located a few seconds from the room at the righthand side of the pool. Important Notes
- The owner lives in a separate part of the main villa, ensuring guest privacy.
- Three friendly dogs reside on the property.
- The estate requires stair climbing and is not wheelchair accessible.
- Due to the presence of dogs and hazardous plants, the property is unsuitable for children without constant supervision.
- A caretaker lives on-site in a separate area for maintenance and guest assistance.
- This is a shared property: Another guest may be occupying the bedroom near the pool area during your stay. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of shared outdoor spaces.
General Rules
- No pets allowed (except for service dogs with prior notice).
- No smoking, drugs, loud noise, or parties.
- Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed; extra fees apply for additional guests.
- Pool hours: 9 AM – 9 PM (Max. 9 guests). Guests must cover the pool after 5 PM if used.
- No cable TV (Smart TV available; guests must use their own streaming accounts).
- Tap water is non-drinkable (for cleaning & bathing only).
- Friendly dogs live on-site, and gardeners work Monday – Saturday.
- The property has stairs and cobblestone paths, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs or those with mobility challenges.
