Driving into the gated & fully-fenced property, you'll pass by lush landscape full of trees & plants.

The 4BD/2.5BA double-story main house flaunts a wood burning fireplace, wood finishes, and windows that engulf the home with natural light!

Downstairs there is a living room with 55" Smart TV, , kitchen, half bathroom, and master bedroom (with King size bed & master bathroom), and dining area with seating for 14.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (with Queen size beds), full bathroom, and mezzanine/interior balcony!

The 3BD/2BA single-story guest house features a modern kitchen, living room with 55" Smart TV, and dining area with seating for 6.

Outdoors you'll find plenty to do with a hot tub and an spacious deck!

Private Entrance. You have access to the entire home including the decks and backyard.

I'd highly recommend a car to get around the area.

Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.

By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.

Additional guests after 6 would require an extra charge of $40 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head (2x the normal charge).

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.

Quiet Hours are from 9PM-7AM. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Use facilities at your own risk.

Turn off all lights, AC/heating, and gas & lock all doors when leaving the home.

Always close doors leading to the outdoors behind you to prevent any critters from coming in.

Please note there is a groundskeeper that stays in an attached studio of the main house with her own private entrance and space. She does not have access to the guest space, understands and respects guest privacy, and doesn't interact with guests.
