With multiple bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, double bed, and twin bed, this home comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. Bedroom 1 can be used as an office. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, allows you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The maximum overnight occupancy is twelve guests, excluding children under three years of age. Daytime guests are welcome between 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a limit of one-half of the maximum number of short-term renters.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
