Welcome to The Standard on the River! Explore our curated collection of upscale homes in Houston’s East Downtown District, conveniently located near Buffalo Bayou Park. Our fully-furnished apartments feature sophisticated interior finishes, full kitchens with modern appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and a full suite of premium amenities. Just outside your front door, enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, coworking space, pet spa, and dog park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
