気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
DO NOT RENT. If you cannot tell by the pictures this is a trailer. This renter has a rule book with fine print and every single rule has absurd additional charges in it such as “Not doing your dishes will require a $250 minimum fee”. I stayed with my girlfriend for one weekend. We left the property exactly as we found it only needed a place to sleep for an event we were attending. She asked me to cashapp her $50 to arrive early and after throughly following the checklist for checkout to try not to accumulate any fees, 2 days go by and she is trying to request $850 additional charge for “smoking on the property” and claims there’s illegal drugs. My girlfriend and i both drug test for work so this is not possible. We left the property in the exact state that we found it and even still got an additional charge. This person is out to get money. As for the property itself, the house stinks, in order to cover it up they have anywhere from 2-4 air fresheners in each and every single room, not kidding. There were personal items such as clothes bags and shoes around the exterior of the house, some trash in the yard, and to top it all off they are sleeping in a camper 20 feet from the home if that.
I want to make it extremely clear that there was not an item out of place when we left. Every silly rule with absurd fees on the checkout list was followed and yet i’m still getting charged 850 for “smoking on the property” and “leaving the place a mess”. Do not rent here not even once
