Experience the best of Jacksonville at Timberwalk at Mandarin, a tropical urban retreat perfect for short-term and extended stays. Our fully-furnished apartments feature spacious layouts, full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, stylish furnishings, and fast WiFi. Outside your door, enjoy resort-style amenities including a saltwater pool, private fishing pier, pickleball courts, and a dog park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
