COBRE Retreat, is a cozy, renovated ground level apartment with private pool and backyard oasis! It is centrally located in NE Florida, a short drive from NAS Jax, NS Mayport, OP Medical Center, Downtown Jax, the surrounding beaches and steps from the St Johns River. The property will keep you close to everything, but far enough to relax… enjoy a large kitchenette, private workspace in the bedroom, charcoal grill on the patio by the pool, a 55” smart tv and high speed Wifi for all your needs.

We loved the home, very private. The pool was a perfect touch. The home was clean and spacious, great location to shopping and great food. Our host Daniel was great, can’t say enough…..Highly recommend this home.

Really enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Only thing we could not figure out was how to put the fold out couch back. Definitely would stay here again!

Loved this hidden gem!!

The place is quaint, cozy and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool area is private, secluded and amazing. Host was super responsive and welcoming. Can't wait to stay here again and AGAIN!

Small, but what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a little curious being attached to a business (I think it was a business). It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold.

Private. Clean. Compact. Easy access and check-in with specific instructions. Appreciated the well-supplied kitchen. Cramped bathroom, no handrail into pool, sofa too low to the floor- all problems for me as I was having significant hip and knee pain. If I had known about no handrail, I would have booked elsewhere as I was hoping for a lot of pool time. Photo of the pool- the irregular stairs are at the far left end.

Better than expected

The property was beautiful! It was exactly as pictured. It was located in a quiet area. The pool and yard were awesome It provided everything we needed. The perfect place to get away, relax, and unwind. Kudos to our host, Daniel.

OPHS 40 year high school reunion

Came to OP for the OPHS 40 year reunion. Wanted a different experience than just a hotel. Cobre Retreat is on my old Clay Today paper route. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenietly located to Kingsley and Park Ave. Would come back if I'm in the area.

Awesome experience

This suite was fabulous. Very clean and accommodating. The pool was the highlight of the stay. It was clean and large enough to swim, not just soak. Some reviews complained about the lack of a stove; but the hot plate, toaster and microwave were enough for any meals we prepared. There is also a grill, where we did most of our big cooking. A crockpot is also available, but we did not use it. We hope to stay here again.

Family trip from Louisville KY to Jacksonville

1st Daniel was an awesome host. Any questions I had leading up to the trip were answered very quickly. The place was nice, comfortable and clean. Very private back yard with an amazing pool, speakers and grill. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The brita filter on the sink was an extra unexpected perk. We had an amazing trip. The space was perfect. We were very very satisfied with the whole experience
