Lovely house in a safe neighborhood with all the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation.We normally are very active during our Florida vacations but this year we we content to relax. And so many venues to relax in! The poolare, the area off the kitchen, the dining area, the living room and even the area between the living and dining room. Winter get away

We spent several weeks in Florida and absolutely loved the Sarasota area. The house is beautiful and very comfortable.. I would recommend paying to have the pool heated...we did not because we weren't sure how much we would use it with so many beaches so close by. You need to definitely visit Salty Jims. A little dive bar but great owners and the $8.00 Bloody Mary's are the best. Tell Gemma we sent you.

What we needed !

Thank you for the comfortable place to stay! The house was clean, and close to stores and restaurants. I was afraid it would be hard water but this had a water softener and the water was great. The pool was warm, although we were only home at night so sometimes it was too cold outside. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for having the basics for us to use !

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood

The house was much nicer than what we expected, and the picture didn't do it justice. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking full meals, though we mainly warmed prepared food in the microwave, and made coffee and tea. A house in the city near downtown has its advantages over one on Longboat Key: less expensive and closer to restaurants, museums, botanical gardens--and Rts 41 and I-75. We did finally go to Maison Blanche on Longboat Key, which is superb but expensive (and worth the money), but you get better value downtown than on St. Armand's Circle. And we'll be back to Sarasota next year, maybe in this house!

Nice 2 Bedroom home with Pool in nice Sarasota neighborhood

We rented this home with another couple for a 1 week stay to scout the Sarasota area as we are looking to possibly move and wanted to get a feel for the area. Home had 2 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom, which was like having 2 master bedrooms. The kitchen had plates and utensils etc, even though we did not cook full meals it was nice to have coffee and bagels in the morning, and fridge had ice maker. Very minimal supplies included to get you started like dishwasher and clothes washer pods, toilet paper and paper towels, so we had to make a trip to local store to purchase enough supplies for the week. Also had beach stuff like chairs and umbrellas and a few beach towels so if we came back with family, we would need to bring more beach towels. When we had a few questions, Katia was generally able to reply quickly and answer our questions. Nice home in nice neighborhood. Thank you.

We did not want to leave.

We hope that this house is available the next time we return to Sarasota. Felt like home immediately. The pool was great and deep enough. Near everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and non observant. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay. We are very pleased.

Awesome Property

Close to Siesta Key beach and St Armand Circle, downtown and many attractions. The pool is wonderful and entire home spotless. This is our second time at this property. Highly recommend is as it’s like your home away from home.

We had a wonderful week at our beautiful, very well stocked home. There were a couple of glitches like the garage door wouldn't open at all, the security alarm began beeping one day. A quick call to the concierge who called the owner, and beeping stopped. The home is gorgeous, attention to comfort for guests. We plan on returning.

Quiet, great place to stay.

The House is spacious, very clean well maintained and equipped. The pool was like the rest of the property clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was as quite as we'd hoped (some can be noisey) All in all we had an enjoyable stay. The location is quiet with nothing really within a pleasant walking distance, but this was not a problem for us.

The perfect house for 2 widows

We feel so lucky to have found this perfect place for our Florida trip. We each had our own master suite. King size beds in both rooms. That is so rare. Most have twin beds in one bedroom. We already asked for next January and were so disappointed to find it blocked from rental from November to April. But we thoroughly loved our two weeks this year. We liked the location. Nice neighborhood and very safe feeling.
