Perfect for flexible stays, our fully-furnished apartments and townhomes feature full kitchens with elegant white marble countertops, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Recharge in the award-winning FIT Studio, unwind by one of two shimmering pools, or play on the lighted tennis and pickleball courts.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
