Nice property however it was not clean the back door window was shattered leaving glass in the floor we kept getting locked out the house the house had a bad smell the air only worked at night it was very hot during the day no blinds just curtains did not help still was very sunny and hot inside the cabinets had dead bugs in them and all of the rugs were dirty this is a very old home and the floors were not clean at all and possibly maybe need a new key pad for the door not sure and the grass was not cut .

The home was clean before you all arrived. The air works. The air was cut off from the previous guest, which was cut on immediately when we got there to clean the house. It is high ceilings, heat rises to the top.The keep pad works and you all went out the door over 200 times. I had to explain how to use a key pad. I informed you all what just happened to the glass we cleaned up the glass, and the yard is cut every two weeks. It is blinds in the kitchen. So that is incorrect. The exterminator comes and sprays after every visit.

The house was not clean. I pulled the sheets back, there was hair in the bed. Neither the water nor the ice worked on the refrigerator. There was visible dust throughout the house.

This is a very unfortunate review, as we strive to ensure all guest enjoy their stay. I would have love for further elaboration on dust, due to home being clean after every visit. I strive to fix errors and come up with solutions where need be. I would also like to know specifically where hair was located in the sheets.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I loved the communication with the host. If I may I suggest a little more attention to detail such as grass cutting, and cleaner garage.I have relatives in Memphis. We come a lot and I am looking forward to staying here again and again and again!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Thank you so much ! The grass was scheduled to be cut, we have had rain for the past 5 days here and still have forecast ed rain for the next 7 days. The grass unfortunately can not be cut while it is wet. We don’t really have many items in the garage besides cleaning items, products, and paint in a designated area, that doesn’t affect two cars being parked in the garage. However, we will work on rearranging the items in the garage.
