Great location, very clean, very easy access. Close to everything was there for the football game five minute ride to the stadium, completely satisfied with everything.What an awesome experience thank you

Great location in a safe area of Atlanta. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Garage parking available at a very discounted rate, which was a plus. Apartment could have been a little cleaner. Communication with host was very easy and they were very responsive. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not have adequate utensils and supplies for cooking so we had to grab some things while we were out. Bed was comfortable. Overall, great stay!

This was my 1st and LAST time using a Vrbo! To start we were told we could arrive at 2:30 pm (per a message we received on Vrbo App/Original time was 2pm) *due to cleaning crew still working on room*. Ok no big deal…but then when we get there AT 5 PM we walk up to the room to hear music blaring inside and someone walking around in the room. So i called Scotty (as the app said to do) only to be ignored 2X then when i message Scotty’s number he responds with “the cleaning crew is STILL WORKING and should be done in the next 15 min. Sure enough 15 ish min later a guy walks out with a vacuum in hand and goes into the apartment next door. The radio was still blaring when i walked in but stopped after a min or so when i guess he realized his Bluetooth was still hooked up to our room. Then the worst part was the room was not clean in the least and reeked of Mary Jane. I have pictures of stains on the sheets, hairs on the shower walls, and hair dirt dust all over the toilet and sink area. When we came home on sunday the first thing we did was took showers and threw all our clothes in the washing machine. I chose to try this bc of the economical value it presented due to 2X CFB games taking place Sat and Sun at Benz Arena. This was def not one of my brighter ideas and i guess you get what u Pay 4 huh? All in all I'm sure the guy is a decent enough guy who rents the room. We just live Differently, with different ideas on what CLEAN IS.
Dust build up on fan blade.
Hair and dirt all over bathroom.
Opened meat rotting and smelling up the fridge.
Dirt all over the apartment like this in every room.
