The twin bunks have a weight limit of 200 lbs each, and the full bed supports up to 300 lbs.

Please adhere to these limits for safety and comfort.
House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No parties or unauthorized visitors.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM 7:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests.

No smoking anywhere on the property indoors or outdoors.

No pets allowed no exceptions.

Dock is a shared common area.
No diving or swimming from the dock.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Hot Tub & Patio Area:
Shared space please be respectful of time and noise.
No glass in or around the hot tub.
Cover the hot tub after use.

BBQ Grill:
Clean after use.
Turn off propane completely.

Parking:
Spacious on-site parking is available.
Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

Trash & Recycling:
Remove all trash from the unit at check-out and place in designated bins.
Do not leave any food in the fridge or kitchen that can spoil or cause odors.
Use bins properly and separate recyclables as needed.

Cleanliness & Care:
Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Energy Use:
Turn off all lights, fans, and electronics when not in use or at check-out.
Set A/C to 74F at check-out.

Liability Waiver:
All guests use the dock, hot tub, and shared outdoor areas at their own risk. The property owner and
management are not liable for accidents, injuries, or stolen/lost items.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Check-Out Checklist
Before you leave, please:
Remove all trash and place it in designated bins.
Dispose of all perishable food from the fridge and kitchen.
Lightly clean dishes and kitchen surfaces.
Turn off all lights and switches.
Set A/C to 74F.
Lock all doors and windows.
Do a final sweep for personal belongings.
