Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the townhouse building closest to the marina, oceanside firepit area and rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or bonfire on the beach.

This is a three level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 55" TV. Walk a little further in and you will find a small bedroom with two twin size beds. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen and living room with a 55" TV, front balcony and a rear balcony over looking the pirate ship playground which is steps away from the pool area. On the third level you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed with a TV and another guest bedroom with two full size beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with seating. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Parking is first come first serve and 2 Cars MAX per unit.

Location was great with a nice walking area around campus, beach area to watch sunrise/sunsets and a pool for relaxing. Was perfect driving distance for many local restaurants, bars, state park and a day trip to Key West.

We loved staying here! Great spot for young kids, although a lot of stairs for our 2 year old. We loved the proximity to the playground, pool and lagoon. Snorkeling with the fish in the lagoon was a lot of fun. Great fishing at the ocean. While we were there it was very windy, but thankfully the condos provide protection from the wind. Thanks for a great stay!

Townhouse was great, fully stocked. The beach access was a short walk or 2 small pools to choose from with lagoon. Walked to Key Largo Fisheries restaurant for dinner. Host was very responsive and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

We loved the pool, it was heated - nice and warm even if it was cool outside. Area was safe, and quiet. The layout of the townhouse was a bit odd and not super convenient for families with young kids. The 2 twin beds bedroom was in the lowest level, level 1 - while the master was in level 3 top floor - so it was a lot of steps to get from 1st floor to 3rd floor. And if you have young kids, not ideal. Upstairs bedroom 2 with 2 double beds, the beds were very very comfortable!!!! Master bed was also comfy but the double beds were by far the best! Air conditioning worked well everywhere, and everything else worked well and was as described / pictured. Short walk to the ocean for fishing (not swimming) not a great swimming beach in this area. I would recommend staying closer to Marathon/ Islamorada, to save on lots of driving if you plan to do things in that area or want a nice beach to swim at. But the price was right for this place.We loved the kitchen and living space, very comfy and spacious for our family of 5.
