My name is Erin Pegan. I grew up in beautiful new Smyrna Beach and currently live in Lake Mary with my family. My husband loves surfing and went to Chiropractic school in Port Orange and fell in love with Ponce inlet. We decided to buy a condo so we could enjoy some family beach time. We use this condo as a rental while we are not using it as the kids are in school and we don’t get over as often during those times of the year. We love sharing our space with other people who enjoy the beach as much as we do.

I have always loved the Ashley Condo. I used to rollerblade by the Ashley when I was in my teenage years and always think it was the best condo on the A1A strip. Daytona Beach Shores is very charming. It’s slower pace and more residential than Daytona. There are fantastic restaurants such as the newly renovated crabby Joe’s which is walking distance from our unit. There’s a lot to do whether you just want to relax and go to the beach, there are boat, jet, and kayak rentals toward Ponce inlet. Publix is a 5 min drive away. You’re close to Port Orange where you can find target, HomeGoods, large gyms, yoga, studios, and really anything else you’re looking for.

Our property is very unique because we stay there very often making it full of all the amenities you’d want in your own home. For example, we have two very large, smart TVs, and adjustable, king-size Tempur-pedic bed, any kitchen utensil you could think of, brand, new appliances, brand new AC, a washer and dryer in the unit. It’s truly a turn key unit that has everything you would need. Not to mention the decor is really beautiful and unique. In in an era when most of the renovated condos are gray or grayish, our condo stays true to a Costa Rican Hawaiian style decor, which is really unique for the beach side.
