The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and private sliding glass door to the sprawling balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, double vanity and oval garden tub. The oceanfront junior suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite full bathroom, Smart TV, and a private sliding glass door to the extended balcony. The guest bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains a queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bathroom has two entrances, one to the guest bedroom and one to the hallway. The guest bathroom holds a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
