Beautiful Beach

The condo and location was ideal. Relaxing and quiet. So nice that we ended up staying 3 extra days. Nicely renovated and very stylish decor. We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

I loved the beach, the island, the beautiful place!

I really liked the property, just a few steps and I was already at the sea, quiet, clean and everything you need to have a happy time. I just found a closet door out of place, called and they immediately sent someone. Thank you for this stay.

First time vacationing in AMI

Property was comfortable and well decorated. Had most of the beach necessities in storage. Lacked a few things but nothing you couldn’t manage without. Easy access to beach and close to some restaurants and shopping. Next best thing to being beach front.

4th of July - Gulf Beach Place Unit 8

We've stayed at GBP a few other times and we just love it so much. It really is the closest to the beach you can be without being ocean front. This unit was new to us this year, but was no exception. The perfect home away from home for the week. There are plenty of beach toys, tubes, chairs, and a beach umbrella in the storage unit on the ground floor. The unit offers a few beach towels but would recommend bringing some extras!

Hot beginning

Arrived and condo was 89 degree took 24 hours to cool to 75. Needs simple routine maintenance to the h v a c unit. It was a great location, really close to the beach. Guess bath laboratory faucet was just the trickle of water. And the pool was closed three days out of the six and a half days, we were there. So that was one of the things that was a bummer, for us. Need better communication between the property manager. The owner and the condo association

Clean and Convenient

Everything was perfect. We had a late flight, but were able to get our keys quickly and easily from their lockbox. When we arrived, the unit was 90 degrees. I understand turning off the AC between renters but it was miserable and took hours to cool down. It did, however, work great all week. This individual unit looked to be recently updated and was adorable. New ceiling fans in every room. Plenty of towels, sheets, coolers, dishes and beach items. Location was convenient to Publix and Walgreens and a super short walk to the beach. Pool area is small but when we used it, we had it to ourselves. The keyless entry was great. Although you may want to add a few more instructions as we did struggle with it at first. The only downfall was the view of the ocean is mostly blocked by a newer home. Its a beautiful home though. Notes to owner: *Dryer seem to take a couple cycles to dry completely *Both patios were missing a screen *Several beach chairs are rusted to the point of breaking

Nice place bit neede a better cleaning

Very nice place. Niceky decorated and up to date. Love the location near stores and the beach. Only complaintnwas it was a bit dusty and the appliances were full of fingerprint smudges and food spills.

Very 1st class

One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Very clean and decorated 1st class. Everything you could need. Not fault was no ocean view but still close to the beach. Not everyone can have beachfront.

Best vacation stay

This is an amazing location for the updated condo. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the 2 outdoor patio areas as well as the grill down by the pool. We would stay here again.

Gulf beach place

We stayed here last September and loved it so much we came back.. it was really great stay as the condo is spacious and updated. Beds are comfortable but sofa bed not so comfortable. Air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived but Wagner realty had out fixed promptly. Beach is very close. 3 folding beach Chairs, one umbrella and some beach toys are in storage locker available to use. Many large beach towels available. Kitchen has everything you can think of to use. Tastefully decorated. Washer and dryer in unit is a definite plus. We’d stay here again for sure!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! We were a party of four and couldn’t have been happier with our stay in unit #8. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and had everything we needed. We were here during Covid19, things were starting to open back up but we cooked in almost every night. We loved the roof top, brought our dinner up there and had a wonderful view of the sunsets every night. The walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes from door to beach, so easy! Each unit had a storage closet at ground level that we just wheeled our wagon into at the end of the day then wheeled back out again the next day, a convenience we’ve never had in any condo we’ve ever rented so a definite plus! This was our first stay on Anna Maria Island, been vacationing on Siesta Key for over 20 years. We absolutely loved the island vibe, water everywhere you looked, no high rise condos. Rented bikes for the week and had so much fun exploring the island. We’ll definitely be back and would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful property, Great location

The condo was decorated very nicely and the kitchen well equipped. The beach is only steps away but the view is very limited. We had an issue with a bedroom door that took 3 days to get repaired. Thought it could have been taken care of in a more timely manner. Overall, love AMI and had a wonderful vacation in the sun! We would rent this property again.

Beautiful condo if you want to relax and live on island time.

This condo was newly renovated and beautiful. Close to local shops, restaurants and stores like Publix and Walgreens. Only a short walk to the beach and we loved sitting on the roof top and looking at the views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash. The condo had everything we could have asked for it was a very relaxing 2 weeks. The king in the master bedroom was very comfortable as was all the furniture in this condo. Also check in and check out was very smooth through Wagner reality. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a condo on the island.

Perfect location for my family of 5. Close to Walgreens & Publix. Beach is steps away & pool was nice & warm. Very comfortable condo & kitchen was supplied well with cooking items. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Loved our stay here. Newly renovated and beautiful. Loved the rooftop deck and just a few steps to the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
