Great location for parks - clean unit for family vacation

Less than 30 min from universal and 15 min from all Disney parks. Target and many restaurants very close drive. Owner communicated with us great for check in with gate and door codes. Correspondence during our stay was very sporadic. We had several questions about pre-existing water damage and about starting later after checkout but received limited response to email texts and phone calls. As notes some water damage from shower in main bedroom. Some towels were threadbare. Unit came with 3 laundry pods and 3 dishwasher pods and one roll of tp in each bathroom as noted. Beds were clean and acceptable. Dis not pay for or use hot tub on premise (3 bedrooms have hot tub - 4 bedrooms have pools) as was quite warm while we were there. Family did use community pool which was nice and about a 5 min walk from condo. Kitchen was well stocked and unit had 2 parking stalls.

Overall the condo was nice. The major complaint I have is that the whole reason for booking this condo was for the advertised hot tub at the condo. My kids love that and we were really looking forward to it. I paid an extra $xxx for the use of the hot tub 3 days before arrival. When we arrived the hot tub was not working. It was not hot. I finally was able to reach someone on the messaging center and they apologized and said they just found out the heater was actually broken for this rental. Very annoying but things happen. They said they would issue my refund of $xxx immediately and I would receive in 5 to 7 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. I still do not have a refund of that money. I have waited to see if I would receive it before making a review but I'm constantly being asked and emailed to leave a review so here it is. The condo master bed is broken so that was another upsetting thing also. The resort pool was very nice and heated so we did get to enjoy that. Location of condo is nice and convenient also. Hoping to see my refund soon for the hot tub we did not get to use.

Worst home ever!!

The door on the master bedroom was literally falling off the hinges. Door was resting on the floor, could not shut it/ The shower door wouldn't shut. Carpet was dirty. hot tub didn't work. We checked out the very next day. Horrible!!! We should have gotten some money back but they charged me for the whole week. Nonrefundable!!!! Not with the way that place was!!! Terrible. I Always use Vrbo (9 years or more) and never had such a bad place. Ususally I am very satisfied with Vrbo!!!

Great Location and Beautiful Home

Great place and location. The only issue we had was the bed was very uncomfortable, otherwise would certainly stay here again and again!

Good value; close to many parks and restaraunts

Overall, the location and facilities onsite was the best part of the resort. I was not pleased with the jacuzzi and made the issues (water temperature, paint coming off on our skin) known as soon as we experienced them, and I still have not gotten resolution. I should have received a reply after a week.

Came later in evening and had stuff already there to shower and go to bathroom. Answered all my questions. A little bit of a walk to pool. But not bad .
