Pets & Rules:
Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs) and $150 non-refundable fee, charged manually within 2 weeks of arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine
Strict No smoking indoors — $250 fine for violations
Extended stays (21+ days) incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, applied manually

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
Late check-out requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.

Pool Use & Maintenance:
Guests may NOT tamper with pool equipment or temperature controls. Damage caused by misuse may result in fines.
Pool is serviced once per week to maintain chemical balance. Pool staff may arrive during your stay—this is normal and necessary.
Excessive rainfall may temporarily affect pool chemistry.
