This modern RV features a bedroom, bathroom, hair dryer, heating, AC and outdoor living situated on 3.2 acres of private land in a rural neighborhood. You can enjoy the local attractions or go off to explore Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. When you return, you can then unwind by the fire pit, cook some burgers on the propane grill and play some fun games.

We were very pleased during our 3 night stay! The hosts made it a very personable experience and welcomed us with everything we needed to know about our stay! This camper is perfect and is perfectly located in an area just off the beaten path of Gatlinburg! It was a very comfortable stay for two people and exceeded all of our expectations! We will definitely stay here again!!

My wife and I live in a Tiny House on the property. We want people to experience the natural beauty of the area and see that it can be done on a smaller footprint.

The area is a rural quiet neighborhood. We are situated on 3.2 acres that is surrounded by nature and about 1.1 miles to the Maddron Bald trailhead which is part of the national park.

The natural beauty makes the RV spot a great choice for couples or solo travelers. You will be 25 minutes away from Gatlinburg but you can then unwind away from the hustle and bustle.
