Welcome to my Sun N Lakes Condo. Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the 11th Fairway of the Deer Golf Course. 2nd floor unit features 2 bedrooms 2 baths. All the comforts of home including in unit washer and dryer. Cable TV and Wifi. The pool is steps just away. Play a round of golf in the morning and sit by the pool in the afternoon then take the short drive to the "circle" for a delicious dinner. Sorry no pets. 55+ Please.

Main Bedroom has a king bed large closet and bath with a tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. The guest bath is located in the hall and has a shower. Washer and dryer are located within the unit, between bedroom 2 and guest bath. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, micro, blender, toaster, stove, over, dishwasher, refrig.
