Nestled in Lancaster, this delightful lodge boasts 5 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed. With 4.5 bathrooms equipped with one soaking tub, two shower/tub combinations, one large tile shower in the basement, and one large tile shower in the primary bedroom guests will feel right at home. Relax on the screened in porch in one of two hammocks. Right outside the deck you will find a hot tub and gas grill area. The kids will enjoy access to the volleyball area and playground. The property gives guests access to two kayaks and a paddle board. The back of the community has a large dock for fishing. The quiet cove is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the kayaks. The gorgeous interior and enchanting ambiance make for a tremendous stay. Enjoy all that Center Hill Lake and Lancaster have to offer when you stay at the Magnolia Lodge. Less than five minutes from Center Hill Marina.

Lake access and a dock area are in the back of the community. There is no direct boat ramp in the back of the community. You will have access to the entire home, but the garage area will not be accessible during your stay.

Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
Check out is at 10:00 a.m.

This gated neighborhood is located just minutes from Center Hill Lake. There is a dock in the back of the community where you can fish, paddle board ,or kayak. The property is 5 minutes from Center Hill Marina. You can also pay a fee to Center Hill Marina and tie up to the dock area in the back of the neighborhood. Families love the community area that is equipped with a volleyball area, playground area, and charcoal grill area with picnic tables.

Come unwind in this unique three story all stone lodge. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. The screened in porch is stunning with ample seating for friends and families. A unique Jack Daniel's sink in located in the downstairs of the property. Come enjoy all that Center Hill Lake has to offer!
