In the second bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen-size bed, with a conveniently located bathroom right in the hallway. Amenities were fine , place was very clean. Only negatives were the walkway stairs and parking areas were covered in ice and snow. Very slippery and dangerous. Had to clean the stairs and walkway off with a dust pan in order to get into the house safely. No trash containers outside, no locations of outdoor trash containers listed in the property guide book. Outdoor grill was absolutely nasty. Was gonna grill but after seeing that we didn’t.

Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain! We are pleased that you enjoyed your unit and the amenities. Unfortunately, your stay was just after a large ice and snow storm. Nothing that we did actually helped melt the ice because of the extremely low temperatures. We apologize that the property managers at this site did not clean the steps. As far as the trash is concerned, the Guest guide gives instructions for disposing of garbage at the local convenience center if there is no trash receptacle at your rental. We do apologize for the dirty grill. It is best to clean it when hot. We do appreciate you and hope you come again!

Everything was great except communication with check-in process. VRBO said there would be an email sent with instructions on process for check and we never received email. It instructed to contact host with questions. We were in limbo the day of arrival on check-in. Finally got response from VRBO Virtual assistance with assistance on what to do.

Loved this condo. We booked it after my sister booked a different condo. There were no reviews of this condo when I booked. I was nervous and almost didn’t book. So glad I decided to go through with the booking. The lay out is awesome. The master is on one side, the other bedroom is on the other side. It’s clean, the beds are good. I loved the porch, it’s newly redone, with comfy chairs. It was great to drink my coffee on. The couch and recliners were super comfy. The place had super soft throw blankets which came in handy for the cold weather and chilling on the couch after a day of skiing. We could walk to the ski lodge, (although you do have to go up a hill to get back haha)
