Other Things to Note

• The home has a separate basement area that may occasionally be occupied by the owner. The basement has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the guest space, so your accommodations remain private and exclusive. You may see the owner coming and going from time to time, but there are no shared indoor living areas.

• Ample free street parking in front of the home

• Noise monitoring device installed (decibel only—no audio)

• 75 kWh/day electricity included; additional use billed post-stay

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (fees may apply)

• Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund

Other Things to Note:

• Periodically the basement is occupied by the owner of the property, who is a doctor and works in the city off and on. It is unlikely that you will see or interact with them during your stay., but if they plan to be there and we get advanced notice, we will be sure to inform you.

• We take cleanliness seriously—this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay.

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



TERMS OF SERVICE

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

• You understand that your your reservation could be cancelled or check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
